  1. They are what they are, cheap, cheap to shoot, reliable, and in my opinion fun to shoot. I like the M44 better than a 91/30 because it blows a big ass fireball when you shoot it. Do I like shooting it better than my M1 or my EBR's? No, but i still enjoy shooting it. Guns are like every other hobby there is somthing out there for everyone. -Jason G
  2. Nice pick-up, looks like you found a pretty rare bird. -Jason G
  3. That would be extremely nice of you and I would appreciate that very much. You meet the nicest people on TGO. -Jason G
  4. Steve that is a great buy on the Silver Select Single Barrel. I am always looking for collectible bottles on ebay and they usually sell for $110-$120. Here is link to what I mean. jack daniels silver select, Collectibles items on eBay.com -Jason G
  5. David i think every year they change what they give out in the Squire Room and at the BBQ. I got a Squire shot glass in Oct. I have also have a "worry stone" with the Squire emblem on the back of it and a set of 4 crystal hi-ball glasses with the Squire emblem on them. I have the entire set of "Scenes of Lynchburg" bottles, the 2008 & 2009 Ducks Unlimited Single Barrel bottles, three of the Gold Metal Bottles, and the Prohibition 2 bottle set. The hardest thing about collecting the bottles is keeping them all un-opened and full . -Jason G
  6. Am I the only one who is still lost? -Jason G
  7. I did the Makers Mark tour and it was great. Its more personal than JD. I did get me a bottle to dip and it turned out great. Both are good tours. Can anyone tour Dickel? -Jason G
  8. I have been a Squire since I turned 21. If you do become a Squire be sure to visit the distillery in October, during the World BBQ Championships JD has a meal there at the distillery for all the Squires. Plus the Squire room is always fun when you visit. I have been collecting the commorative JD for prob. 5 years and my collection is pretty nice. Any other JD collectors? -Jason G
  9. Who you calling Skippy? Skippy -Jason G
  10. Does anyone else think its funny that the two guys fighting are named "Glockmeister" and "SmithandWesson"? S&W you are right Glocks will break, but so will my 82lb M2HB, if you pack enough gun powder in the bullet. So in my opinion your point is mute, if you load ammo to hot it WILL blow up ANY gun. Oh and you saying that Smith has improved on other designs, especially the 1911 . Wow you are funny.... -Jason G
  11. I would say that you can count out DD's and AOW's. They are not going to let you build anything class 3 without the tax. -Jason G
  12. I love my Garands, thanks for the link. -Jason G
  13. A real Glock 18 has the same back cover as every other glock, it just has a selector switch on the side of the slide. -Jason G
  14. According to the laws that were and still are in affect he broke the law, plain and simple. I don think he really has a foot to stand on. He was an FFL and a SOT therefore he knew the laws regarding post-86 machine guns. If he would have waited on his SOT and FFL to come back then built the machine guns then yeah I would be on his side. But he broke the law and knew he was breaking the law. Again I wish machine guns were cheaper and easier to get but until they are what he did was against the law simple as that. -Jason G
  15. We would be alot better off if someone took that Scott guys head off and threw him in a ditch. He really is a worthless P.O.S. Dont worry Mikey I would have killed it too. -Jason G
  16. The link didnt work for me but Class 2's and SOTs can convert Glocks to full auto with a demo letter. A lot of the full auto Glocks you see are conversions and not orginal Glock 18/18C's. There is a whole grey area when you start talking about these conversion parts, like the "drop in auto saftey sears" that you see in Shotgun News. People have believed for years that its an ATF set-up. I have also heard that you can own these if you dont own a AR15 or in this case a Glock, but who really knows. I dont want to be the one who finds out. -Jason G
  17. You must not know how the BATFE opperates do you? They WILL find a way to stop it. There are people sitting in Federal prison right now who will tell you how the BATFE plays. -Jason G

    Custom 1911?

+1 For Sam from Complete Gun Shop. He is THE 1911 guy in my opinion. He does great work. Plus he is one of the good guys, very good to do business with. -Jason G
  19. Guys yall all need to chill! Is there really such thing as a "bad" 1911? I think not. Who cares what they cost, you cant take it with you. The high end 1911's are not for me but I would drop 10k on a machine gun in a minute. If you got the $ buy whatever you heart desires, and forget what everyone else thinks. -Jason G
  20. I carry a PM40 everyday and love it. -Jason G
  21. Done been covered on here. http://www.tngunowners.com/forums/political-issues/20995-news-last-night-bit-about-weapons-made-tn.html -Jason G
  22. I want a 10mm so bad I can taste it. The .357 Sig is cool but the hot chicks dig 10mm. -Jason G
  23. I saw a truck in front of the shop about a month ago that said on the back of the topper window in big red letters, "Obama dont tread on me boy, if you come for my guns you better bring body bags". I was kinda shocked actually. I agree with the message but with a message like that you are asking for all kinds of trouble. -Jason G
  24. You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers. The best to you and your Dad, he sounds like a great man. -Jason G
  25. Guys IMHO all this stuff about making cans and SBR's and SBS's without the tax and going through ATF is just a dream. Ive been studying the NFA for quite a while and there is no way that ATF is going to let laws that have been in affect since 1934 to be skirted around like this. Trust me there is NO ONE who wishes that NFA stuff was cheaper and easier to get then me but I cant see this happening. Flame on.... -Jason G
