Not to change the subject too much but the Beta mags that Ive used need to be ran with a lot of lube. I just use the graphite that comes with them. I have a 5.56 and 9mm one and they run great.

They are great guns. But that stainless is heavy when you have carried around a little Smith alloy 642.

If they have a little one with them I let her walk. Its not that important for me to get a doe.

The XD is always going to be there, the Creek only happens twice a year. If you do go bring an extra pair of boots ands socks. The Fall shoot is usually dry but you can never tell about this part of the country. And if it does rain it will get muddy. Also you need hearing protection. Even walking around the gun show the .50's hammering away can get loud. I always wear eye protection too, you can never be too careful.

If you are doing a form 1 and "making" your own SBR, SBS, AOW, or suppressor then yes, your examiner is determined by the first letter of your last name. There is no FFL involved if you do it yourself.(Just to clear that up)

I think you need more first aid supplies. Band aids just wont cut it in most "bug out" situations. I would add a good first aid kit and some kind of "blow out" or trama kit. I would also add some gloves, some for warmth and some for work. You have a good start.
