No. Just like when you add a rifled choke to a shotgun it is still a shotgun. Most definitely. It would not take much for the bullet to hit a baffle or part of the can if it is starting to tumble or something like that.

It comes with multiple sights. The Butterfly sight seems to be the best for hunting and long range shooting.

Of course adding a folding stock requires a tax stamp. It is guaranteed to shoot less than 100x100mm at 100m. That is under a 4" group at 100m. Muzzle velocity is 2000fps with 880 ft/lbs and at 100m is still 1525fps and 520 ft/lbs. There are some interesting videos on their website. They take some large animals (200-320lbs) and do ballistic gel testing. Pretty impressive results. Now for the bad news. There is only one company that is going to import these. There will only be 1001 6" Field Pistols made for the US. The first order of 100 is almost all spoken for. They are accepting refundable deposits of $2500 to reserve a pistol. Price for the pistol is $7500. The ammo is 77.50 for a box of 50 95 gr hp. Don't know why but I really want one of these. I had good luck with Ford Lincoln of Franklin. My salesman was an older black gentleman named Clyde Maxwell. They were here easy to deal with and left feeling like a got a good deal.

See if you can find a Remington 1100 in 20 ga. Great light weight field gun. Another one I really like is the Benellli M2 in 20 or 12 ga.

No I was just giving you crap. The pic looked a lot like Alabama. I have killed a few bucks in Alabama in January. Alabama has good hunting in January. I was talking to someone the other day who told me the season now extends into Feb. I am going to have to find me some Alabama property to hunt. Good luck.

I am betting it does not have anything to do with the trigger. It would be to easy for the BATFE to define a "pull" as all movement of the trigger until it is ready to be pulled again. Then if the rifle fired on the release of the trigger it would need a tax stamp.
