  1. The couple of bucks I have seen in velvet have had quite a few ticks on the antlers.
  2. I had not heard about this hunt. That is pretty cool. I will be out there sweating as well. Thanks for posting.
  3. My BIL is in the credit card processing business. When accounts are set up the merchant agrees to a lot of things. One of the things they agree to is if they are going to do online sales or not because that effects what they are charged. If they agreed to only do sales where they could physically swipe the credit card and then took online orders, Intuit has the right to cancel those sales. The credit card business is a clusterf... of rules and regs.
  4. Very Nice!. I still need to scope my Montana. One of the days...
  5. Let one of the moderators know who it was. They generally do not tolerate that kind of behavior.
  6. I liked the Spray and Pray

Almost but not entirely. USMC Spec Ops bought Colt M45A1 CQB 1911's. A little over a year ago USMC sent 1000 of these pistols back to Colt to be replaced by the same model but with a different coating. They did not like the way the cerakote held up. Of the 1000 pistols, 477 were carried in theater by spec op groups and 523 sat in their armory and were not issued. I was lucky enough to be able to buy one of each. Here is a pic of the one carried by a Marine and the letter from Colt authenticating the pistol.
  8. F your kayaking forum. No offense intended.(to you, just to them)

Ouch. I hit a deer last October in my truck and did just over $7200 worth of damage. Hope your isn't that much. The above url didn't open the pic for me. I think this it though...
  13. If you want the best .22 Hornet rifle out there then try to find a mid '50s Sako L46. Definitely will not be the cheapest but they are fantastic rifles. Sako also made the M78 and Finnfire in .22 hornet into the 70's and 80's and are not as expensive as the L46.

A lot of hoops to jump through but I will be jumping...
  15. I bought one a couple of months ago. I wanted to pressure wash my deck and have it around for when ever a project came up. I decided to go with electric. Small gas engines that sit for a long time seem to have problems. Electric washers are a little cheaper and are powerful enough for most suburban home needs. I had gotten a lot of mildew on my deck and the electric pressure washer did a good job. You might have to go a little slower than with a gas but it does a good job.
  16. Woodford is one of my favorites. Like David said, it’s a good one to always have a bottle in the cabinet.
  17. Maybe but to a 16-17 year old they were cool as hell.
  18. Sometimes kids are pretty smart...
  19. Back in the 80's my uncle had one of these. Not sure if it was a 4 cylinder or 6cyl. All I know is I could never talk him into letting me, when I was in high school, take it out for a drive. He would not let me drive his Delorean either. Never did like that uncle much. lol
