    House Wash?

We used to make our own spray. We would mix water, bleach, TSP and dish soap. I don't remember the exact proportions but I think it was a gallon of water, a gallon of bleach, 2 tablespoons of TSP and a couple of squirts of soap. The bleach and TSP do all the cleaning work. The soap allows the solution to "stick" better to the siding or eves or whatever you are cleaning.
  3. Welcome from your friends to the south.
  4. Can you get some better close up pics of the receiver and bottom of the trigger guard?
  5. There are one or two guys on here that shoot a lot of shotgun competitions. They probably know of some shotgun websites that you could list it on.
  6. Contact Double Guns of Nashville. They deal in high end shotguns. I know they buy guns and they might sell it for you on consignment. https://www.doublegunsofnashville.com/
  7. Could you imagine that running today? People would lose their minds.
  8. Be careful. A guy from TN drowned at Henderson state park in Destin yesterday.
  9. We were fishing out of Destin.
  10. lol not sure what got ahold of him but something took half his tail off.
  11. What I was told was that it takes a while for red to get the age that it can reproduce. They you let keep the little ones that can't reproduce yet and protect the older larger ones that can.
  12. Yes but you have to release anything over 28" so we didn't get to keep any of these.
  13. Did a little inshore fishing yesterday. We were planning on running into the gulf and looking for some big red snapper but it was just too rough. So we stayed inshore and fished for redfish. It took us a little while but wee finally found some reds. The first pic and my sons reds were 34-35 inches and probably 15-20lbs. The last two pics the reds were 45+ and over 30 lbs.
  14. With a little practice you will be shooting 60lb in no time. Not to brag but I do shoot at 150lbs. (It is not relevant that it is a crossbow with a crank to pull the string back)
  15. Nice. The only downside to bow season is the heat and bugs are still around.

    Savage 99

Very nice. I really like. Let’s us know how it shoots after you take it out.
  17. Hard to say but probably would. Sign up for a benefactor membership and post it for sale here. Looking forward to seeing the pics.
  18. Unfortunately It has no collector value anymore. Colt guys are a strange lot. Once a Colt has been refinished, the majority of Colt guys lose interest. So what you have now is a very nice commander sized 1911. Unless you find someone who wants it customized exactly like you did I think you will have a hard time getting more than $700-$800 out of it. As long as you love it who cares what the value is. Shoot it and enjoy it. I love Colt 1911's. Would love to see a pic of yours if you want to post it up.
  19. Anytime I start a project I haven’t done before I always use YouTube for tips and how to videos.
