  1. I used to work for Tractor Supply Company. For those not familiar with TSC it like a nicer Co-op. In the cattle section we had a display of our cattle prods on the wall. The farmers liked to see how strong the electrical arc was so we always kept fresh batteries in them. One quiet Sunday morning a young couple came. The woman wanted to look at some horse tack. I showed her where it was and started some other task. A couple of minutes later I hear a blood curdling scream and a G**DAMNIT JAMES!!!!! It really echoed through the store. I turn around and see James dying laughing while holding our strongest cattle prod and his wife rubbing her butt. If looks could kill I would have to call the cops. I have never seen a woman so mad. It was really hard not to start laughing along with James.
  2. That's nice
  3. I love 41’s but with the price difference I would buy the Ruger.
  4. Welcome
  5. I just recently picked up a Kimber 84 in 6.5. Going to put a Vortex on it and then get it sighted in.

    Hornet

If money is not an issue look for an older Sako rifle like a L-46 or something similar. The '50s and '60s Sako rifles in .22 hornet are some of the best out there.
  9. I didn’t see anything this morning.
  10. Congrats! That is a helluva buck.
  11. We have a lot of acorns south on Nashville.
  12. I missed a small buck on opening day of muzzleloader and have not been out since. I am going to hunt sometime this weekend when it is not raining. Hopefully the deer will be moving.
  13. Very cool piece of history. Congrats.
  14. I use Royal Range in Bellevue.
  15. The Willet Pot is the only one you can find with any regularity.
  16. I have sold quite a few guns on Gunbroker. I have used both a FFL and FedEx for shipping. The FFL has been cheaper for me. FedEx requires overnight or 2nd day shipping which is not cheap. My local FFL usually tries to just charge me their shipping cost. It is usually about 1/3 of the cost of FedEx. I always add on the cost of a transfer to the shipping cost to be fair to my FFL and it is still cheaper than FedEx.
  17. It is hard to find so unfortunately I paid $152.
  18. This was my favorite bottle of Willet.
  19. I am a huge Willet fan. Love every version of theirs I have had. It can definitely be hard to find.
  20. Picked up two new bottles this weekend. The first is the Sinatra Select Jack Daniels. It is a little pricey but is the best Jack Daniels I have tried. Smooth, flavorful with no burn. The second bottle I picked up just because they were having a tasting. I am looking at some whiskeys and I hear this lady telling somebody about a peanut butter whiskey. I walk over and ask Did you say Peanut Butter Whiskey? She said yes and asked if I wanted a sample. The disgusted look on my face made her say just try it. I was pleasantly surprised. It is a little syrupy and kinda coats the mouth. It has a butterscotch/caramel flavor. I think this will be really good mixed with some hot chocolate or used to make a boozy milkshake. I will not drink this straight but I will definitely use it as a mixer. It is pretty cheap also, just $26.
