  1. I read that the Oklahoma City bombing used 2 tons of ammonium nitrate and that there was 2750 tons stored in that warehouse.
  2. Jeez, gold is up to 1982. Its hard not to cash in right now. Thats a 50% increase in the last 7-8 months.
  3. There is no federal statute mandating that a private business, a person, or an organization must accept currency or coins as payment for goods or services. Private businesses are free to develop their own policies on whether to accept cash unless there is a state law that says otherwise. Section 31 U.S.C. 5103, entitled "Legal tender," states: "United States coins and currency [including Federal Reserve notes and circulating notes of Federal Reserve Banks and national banks] are legal tender for all debts, public charges, taxes, and dues." This statute means that all U.S. money as identified above is a valid and legal offer of payment for debts when tendered to a creditor.

  11. When I worked for TSC the corporate office was not posted. I don't remember if the employee handbook said anything about carry or not. This was before the move to Brentwood.

  17. I don’t use that brand but I use a square string. It really does a lot better job than the cheap round string.
  18. I remember getting in trouble for laughing during chapel in high school because I was reading a far side book. Gary’s stuff is the best.

  20. I'm interested
  21. I have tried that and do not like the texture of the meat. I throw them in my pellet grill till 130° and then put them on the sear box to get a nice crust. Throw them in a pan with a little garlic butter on top and let them rest for 5 minutes. Delicious.
  22. Yes I do.
  23. Publix has some good sales going on right now. Their bone in ribeyes are 7.99/lb. I bought a bunch and vacuumed sealed several to save for later.
  24. Nice. Those are classics.
