  1. I have had a couple and really liked them. I have one in 9mm and it is currently my favorite 1911.
  2. Like Jeb and Red I have used shootingtargets7.com. I probably have bought more from https://www.challengetargets.com They are reasonably priced and have always have fast shipping.
  3. The wife and I both got our first vaccinations today.
  4. They stopped making them a year or two ago. Not sure if they have restarted making them. A couple of years ago I handled a Fieldcraft in .308 and instantly fell in love with it. It shoulders great, action was like butter and just felt right in your hands. I think member @Chris has one. Maybe he will chime in.
  5. Nice yote. Beautiful rifle. Christensen arms makes awesome rifles.
  6. I would go with the GI 1911. More rounds and a heck of a lot easier to reload if you have to.
  7. It’s always good getting to see old TGO friends and meeting new ones.
  8. I am kinda surprised that he allowed her to keep going back into the car. I was also surprised that after the shootout that he just watched her drive off without firing any more rounds.
  9. I wouldn’t be to worried. I agree with the inspector. Once you divert the water away the moisture will go away.
  10. Come on now, it is 2021. Don't you know that All Meats Matter
  11. Where are you located? If you are in the Nashville area you are welcome to borrow mine as soon as I get it back from Snaveba.
  12. That image is not upside down. The single star is always closest to the blue bar no matter which side of the flag you are looking at. The flag attaches to the pole along the red edge. Even if it was upside down, the single star would still be closest to the blue bar. It looks like they took the blue bar off the image, turned the red part over right to left and then added the blue bar back.
  13. That one actually looks like a lot of fun. I bet it can really get spinning with those long arms.
  14. Cool. That will be a fun project.
  15. I bought the texas star awhile ago but have not been able to get out and try it out. The weather was great yesterday so I got a little shooting in. The first video is the first time I have shot my new to me Colt Anaconda in 45 Colt. I was very pleased that it shoots to point of aim, at least at 7 yards. The next two videos are with my Sig MPX. I love this gun. Didn't want to look bad so I started off at 7 yards and then moved to about 25 yards. It is hard to miss with this gun. I really have to thank @TGO David for selling it. It is my favorite gun to shoot. Did not have a lot of time yesterday so I did not do any longer range shooting. I think next time I want to work on shooting longer distances and then work on speed. I want to get a shot timer and see how fast I can clear the star at different distances. I was nice to get out and do a little shooting yesterday. Now it is time to start cleaning the guns.
  16. Take it to The Coin Purse in Green Hills for an appraisal. They have been around since the late '60s. They will be able to give you some good advice on what your next steps should be. https://coinpurse.com
  17. That sounds awesome. Can't wait to hear the after action report.
  18. My buddy and I always go to Decatur a couple of times a summer to play a round of golf at Point Mallard and then have dinner at Big Bobs. The BBQ is great, the sweat tea is made correctly (real sugar) and the chocolate pie is delicious. Their white sauce is great but only belongs on poultry, chicken/turkey.
  19. That Sauer is really cool. I had not seen of those before.
  20. I have always loved the Savage 1907's. They are cool little pistols.
