I bought another deer rifle. I have been on a lever gun kick for awhile. One lever gun I did not have was a Winchester 94. I came across this Winchester 94ae and kinda fell in love with it. This was a banquet gun for the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation. It has gorgeous wood and really nice engravings. It also just happened to be in a caliber I did not have, .356 Winchester. I don't have a lot of lever guns but the one caliber I do not have is a .30-30. I have levers in .22, .357, .338 Win, .348 Win, .356 Win, .375 Win, .44 mag, .45 Colt, .45-70 and .500 S&W Mag(on order).

All early Coltsman rifles were made on FN actions while later ones (60's) were made on Sako actions. Yours was made by either Kodiak Arms or Jefferson Arms. They made almost all of the early Coltsman on the FN actions. These are generally regarded as good, accurate hunting rifles.

Up for sale is a case of high velocity 28ga #8's. I currently have 2 28ga shotguns for sale. If somebody buys one of those they will get first right of refusal for the ammo. If the guns do not sell in a week or two then the ammo is fair game. $125

Cleaning out the safe of guns I do not shoot. I am the second owner of this firearm. I have not shot it. It does not appear to have been used much if at all. Comes with everything you see in the pics. 28" barrels and a total of 5 chokes. It is missing the choke wrench but you do not need one with these chokes. $1150

Cleaning out the safe of some guns I never shoot. Brand new in box 28" A400 XPLOR in 28ga. The picture was the first time it was taken out of the plastic. It has not even been put together yet. I bought this because it matched my A400 XPLOR 12ga but I am never going to hunt with this so it is up for sale. Comes with everything that came with it from the factory. $1350
