  1. If the officer has probable cause you can not refuse the search. I think the misunderstanding came when you talked about refusing the search. The only time you can refuse a search is if there is not pc.
  2. Wow. If an officer gets pissed that you did not allow him to search your vehicle he does not need to be an officer. If an officer is vindictive enough to make you a target then he clearly believes he is above the law and the laws do not apply to him. Why would any reasonable officer get mad for you following the law. The law says he is not allowed to search your vehicle without probable cause.
  3. Playing devils advocate here, but why is it good business practice to get a drivers license when your business buys a gun but not when you buy a gun from an individual?

  5. If you watch the other video with sound it looks like he was tazed not shot.
  6. db, that shinedown version rocks. Thanks for posting it. Punisher, your to damn young for that to be one of your favorite songs:D:D:D
  7. That was a great version. Who was that singing?
  8. That is pretty cool. My daughter would love one like that. Give us the low down on what you used and how you did it.

    Hk416 test

Very cool video. Did you notice how didn't wear the helmet when firing the HK.
  10. Thats pretty interesting. I have caught myself doing some of those movements. Never really thought that they would be a tell.
  11. S&W J-frames are small and very easy to conceal. This is my 638.
  12. I agree. I should explain that I usually tip 20-30% but rarely do I ever leave less than 10%, even if the service was bad. If I ever leave like .50 to make a point about the bad service I do let the manager know. Its kinda funny I became a much better tipper after I worked delivering pizza where you rely on tips to make decent money.
  13. The Evan Williams Single Barrel I bought yesterday is 10yr old. The have the date of when it went into the barrel and the date when it was bottled written on the bottle with a sharpie. Didn't get around to sampling last night. Will have to this weekend.
  14. I think you still need to tip. All the workers probably split the tips evenly from a big pool at the end of the night. As to how much to tip. I let that be decided by the service I received.
  15. Will do. I plan on doing a little sampling tonight...
  16. Picked some Evan Williams Single Barrel and Woodford Reserve on the way home. They had a bottle of Pappa Van Winkle Rye...$259.99 for a litre bottle.
  17. I am finishing off a bottle of Buffalo Trace as we speak. This was my first bottle and only bought it because I liked the label. It is very nice though. I make it easy on the marketers. Thats why I thought I would ask for suggestions instead of going by the looks of the bottle.
  18. Hey Mike. In the last year or two I have really come to appreciate sipping bourbon. Jim Beam Black is my old stand by. Had some Woodford Revserve at Rabbi's and it was very nice. Any suggestions or favorites I should try?
  19. Alright Danny, What's Rabbi laughing at?
  20. First three questions...not sure. i bought it this way so no frame of reference for comparison. I can tell you this, it is exceptionally well balanced. I was shooting it yesterday and would put the recoil on par with a bolt action 30-06. The front sight does not obstruct the view through the scope although you can see it. The scope has a standard duplex reticle and the front sight comes up about half way between the bottom of the scope and the horizontal crosshair. After a couple of shots you get used to it and hardly notice it is there. The scope has quick detach rings so I dont want to mess with the front sight.
  21. I will second Hornady Leverevolution. I shoot the 325 gr load in my Marlin 1895. Very accurate load. 2050fps and if you sight it in at 3" high at 100 yards it will be 4" low at 200.
  22. Cool. I think you will really like. They are a blast to shoot. Here is my thumper... 1895 in 45/70 with the barrel shortened to 16" and a scout scope.
