If I am using venison, I go with 3/4 venison and 1/4 ground pork. The ground pork gives you the added fat that the venison needs.

I use a mixture of light kidney beans and pintos. If I am feeling kinda wild I will throw in some black beans.

+1 You also find a lot people use venison instead of ground beef. Generally it is a coarse ground meat instead of a fine grind. It seems to hold up better.

Hoping some of you guys can point me in correct direction. My daughter drives a '01 CRV with 135k miles. The last couple of days she has been having an intermittent problem. She will be driving along and the radio would go off and the speedometer needle would jerk back and forth. This would last for about a second and everything returns to normal. This morning it happened and the headlights dimmed also. The other times happened during the day. Anybody have any ideas what might be going on? Thanks

I have just started seeing a few bucks chase does. The does are not having any of it but the bucks know it is almost time. If you are pretty certain that does will be feeding in the field then that is where I would set up. You might get a shot at a buck but if not you can always put some meat in the freezer.

Her Diary: Tonight, I thought my husband was acting weird. We had made plans to meet at a nice restaurant for dinner. I was shopping with my friends all day long, so I thought he was upset at the fact that I was a bit late, but he made no comment on it. Conversation wasn't flowing, so I suggested that we go somewhere quiet so we could talk. He agreed, but he didn't say much. I asked him what was wrong; He said, 'Nothing.' I asked him if it was my fault that he was upset. He said he wasn't upset, that it had nothing to do with me, and not to worry about it. On the way home, I told him that I loved him. He smiled slightly, and kept driving. I can't explain his behavior I don't know why he didn't say, 'I love you, too.' When we got home, I felt as if I had lost him completely, as if he wanted nothing to do with me anymore. He just sat there quietly, and watched TV. He continued to seem distant and absent. Finally, with silence all around us, I decided to go to bed. About 15 minutes later, he came to bed. To my surprise, he responded to my caress, and we made love. But I still felt that he was distracted, and his thoughts were somewhere else. He fell asleep - I cried. I don't know what to do. I'm almost sure that his thoughts are with someone else. My life is a disaster. His Diary: Boat wouldn't start, can't figure it out. At least I got laid.

Fallguy, The law clearly say that hcp holders can not carry in a place that is posted with the gun buster sign. The law does not give the store owner a right to make exceptions I do not believe. So if a store put up the gun buster sign and under it put except for people with a HCP, it would still be illegal for us to carry there, correct?

Looks like a total loss. Everybody got out of the house. Back in May he got flooded and now this. All in all there were 4 firetrucks, 3 fire resuce, 3 fire dept surburbans and an ambulance. Took these vids from my front porch.
