I use both of those in my Glock 20 and 40.  No complaints at all.  Runs good and is accurate.

Not quite. It is a vietnamese soup with noodles, vegetables, herbs and meat. It is really good.

Don't have a good recipe but if you like Pho make sure your try VN Pho & Deli and Kien Giang off of Charlotte near White Bridge Rd. Both are excellent.
