That is pretty cool.  Pull the bolt back and eject two shells.  Push the bolt forward and load each barrel at the same time.

What is the entry level point for a decent double rifle?  I believe CZ does not make a double rifle anymore.
  4.     As long as you do not use that new high tech compound bow you brought in archery season... ;)   :pleased:
  5. Prices will not keep me away.  There are several things to consider besides just the price per hour.  I live about 8 minutes from here.  If I want to shoot outside for free or at a cheap range I am at a minimum 45mins to an hour away.  Each way.    I would much rather pay for a short shooting session rather than take 2.5-3 hrs when i have other things to do.   I will probably also use the rifle range to sight in my rifles when I need to.  The convenience for me is worth the money.    Plus it is a lot easier to get my wife to go to a range to shoot verse going out in the woods.       :2cents:
  6. Pistol range will be 20/hr and 60yard rifle range 35/hr.
  7. Looks like they are only taking reservations while they are still testing all of the equipment but as of today the range is open. More info on the Facebook page. https://www.facebook.com/search/top/?q=royal%20range%20usa
  8. Welcome as long as you are not a Barry Switzer fan.
  9. I just picked up a BFR in 500 S&W. What brand of factory ammo do you like?  For target loads and hunting loads.   I shoot a lot of Underwood ammo and they have several offerings with good reviews.   Would love to hear what experience other shooters have had with what brands.
  10. Anybody seen one of these before? It looks like they have taken a pneumatic speargun and turned it into a hunting hunting gun. Back during my scuba diving days one of the warnings on my pneumatic speargun was to not fire it out of the water. Not sure if that was a physical limitation warning or they just didn't want you launching spears at your friends. It is a cross between a crossbow and a gun. Shoots full size arrows at 450 fps. That is fast. Jim Shockey was asked to test it and has taken a 1800b bison with one. If this catches on, I wonder if it would ever be approved for use in a bow season. http://thinkingafield.org/2015/12/17167.html#more-17167
  11. Picked up my first bottle of Battlefield Saturday.  I will have to crack it open this week and give it a try.
  12. You sir could not be more wrong. [emoji3][emoji215]
  13. Big thanks to Trekbike.  He stopped by and help me figure out what the screw was.  Turns out it was a common size I just had the wrong length.  It is a 6-32. I was able to find a 3/8" 6-32 at Home Depot this afternoon so I am back in business.   After some poking around I found that Trijicon sells a kit you need for mounting the RMR to Glocks using the MOS system.  Of course they are backordered for a couple of weeks.  I went ahead and ordered that kit but at least the Home Depot screw got me up and working.   Thanks for all help guys.
  14. I have contacted Glock since the screws came from them. I am waiting on a response. Trijicon did not supply any mounting hardware. Where? How can I figure out what size the screws are?
  15. I got a RMR to go on my Glock 40 MOS.  The 40 comes with different plates and screws to mount various optics.  The screws that fit the plate that the RMR mounts to are a tad to short.  They do not extend far enough through the RMR to screw into the mounting holes on the plate.     I have not had any luck finding a longer version of the same screw at the normal places i.e.. Ace, Lowes etc.     Any suggestions on a local place that might have these types of screws?
  16.   I am pretty sure it is illegal to sell beaver.  I hear about vice arresting women all the time for selling beaver... and men for trying to buy beaver...

There is not a lot of difference in the grip on my 19 and my 20.

I have a Gen 4 20 and 40.  I would not go with the 40 unless you are going to hunt a lot.  If you are not going to hunt with it, then stick with the 20.  I do not have big hands and the Gen 4 20 feels good in my hand and is easy to control.
  19.       Count me in as well.
