  1. Still cleaning out the safe of hunting rifles I will not use. I bought this 5-6 years ago with the intention of hunting with it. Other rifles always seem to get picked over this one so it is up for sale. I have fired it and it shoots good. The scope does not come with the rifle but the one piece mount does. The prices of this model have kinda gotten expensive. The last 5 or 6 on Gunbroker all went for between $1100-$1300. This is in great shape. There is no rust or scratches on the metal. The wood has a couple little scratches from being hunted with. On the left side butt stock by the recoil pad there are two small splits in the wood as seen in the pics. Other than that it is in great shape. You can shoot both 375 Winchester and 38-55 in this rifle. This ammo is kinda hard to find. With the rifle comes 40 rounds Winchester and 8 rounds Buffalo Bore in 375 Winchester and 40 rounds Winchester and 30 rounds Buffalo Bore in 38-55. At current prices the ammo is 483.40. This package includes the rifle, one piece scope mount and 118 rounds of ammo. Current value is $1650-$1850. I will sell the package for $1350.

  3. That sucks to hear.
  4. It usually sells out at my liquor store the day it comes in. They announce it and people line up to get their one bottle.
  5. I am a fan of old hunting rifles. Just something about them that always appeals to me. This particular rifle you do not see very often. They were made from 1961 to 1973. I was able to find a first year production. Judging by the serial number it was a late first year. It came with an old Leupold scope. I think I am going to take the scope off and use the iron sights first. I might put a better scope on it a little later. So what rifle did it buy.....a Winchester 100. It is a semi-auto .308. Looks like a Ruger 10/22's big brother. Now for the pics....
  6. That is a really cool video.
  7. I’ll take it if Charles does not.
  8. I love Sako's. That is why I bought this even though I don't shoot this caliber. Since I never shoot this I though I would pass it on to someone who would actually use it. It is a 1967 L61R Sako Finnbear in 338 Win Mag. Overall it is in great shape. The bore is nice and shiny. Another reason I bought this is because it had all of the original paperwork from when it was first ordered. Just made it a little more cool in my eyes. It also comes with period scope bases and a box of Hornady Precision Hunter ammo. Not really looking for trades right now but you never know. $1300 $1000
