  6. If I remember correctly, he was stationed in TN during some of his military career.
  7. The NFL is not requiring payment for these tributes. The military is paying the NFL for advertising. They have chosen that these tributes as the type of advertising campaign they want to run. Make no mistake, this is just the military advertising itself in the most effective way it sees possible.
  8. Check out Ozark coolers. They are Yeti clones. The Ozark tumblers faired better than Yeti in side by side comparisons. Their 52qt is $147 and 73qt is $194.
  9. He is in Cleveland not Belle Meade...
  10. Well she is correct, he is a national treasure.

  12. One of the greats. He will be missed.
  13. You are correct that in the past the antler had to be at least three inches to be considered an antlered deer. Since the doe harvest is very liberal, i wonder if to many young bucks were being shot. This should not really affect meat hunters. Really, how many bucks have you shot that the antler was past the hair line but under three inches. Not many I am guessing. Plus, if you hunt all seasons you can take something like 300+ does in unit L. If you have already harvested your two bucks then you simply don't shoot if you can't politely identify whether it is a buck or doe. I really don't think that this will turn out to be a big deal.
  14. Iron Man does not need a knife. EDIT: - hey, no fair. You corrected your mistake.
  15. Isn't that kinda like you always find what you are looking for in the last place you look...
  16. That is the best. I love fishing for whites when they are running.
  17. yeah but do you have splinters in your arms? You know, from hugging all those trees...
  18. Is a flare gun considered a firearm? Would it be legal to carry a flare gun loaded with a flare? I am not planning on doing this. My dad found one of our flare guns that we used to have on a boat we fished from. We got tp talking about it and were just wondering.
  19. kinda what I thought but this is what Fostech says: What’s really cool is what happens when you pull the trigger. Unlike other guns, the Echo fires when you pull the trigger AND when you release it. This new system also makes it nearly impossible for the gun to malfunction. There’s an important distinction with this as well, which the ATF has issued a letter making it considered not a machine gun. Of course they could issue another letter stating that it is a machine gun anytime they wanted.
  20. Here is the thread I was thinking of. The Fostech echo trigger. It is also a binary firing system.
  21. There is a thread on here somewhere from a month ago or so about this. Supposedly the ATF has said this okay for now. I was kinda surprised.
  22. True but it has still done over half a billion in sales.
