Trijicon sells a kit for mounting the RMR to Glock MOS's "This kit includes the sealing plate and proper screws needed to mount an RMR® on the Glock® MOS slide. See "When to use the RMR Sealing Plate" in FAQ." https://www.trijicon.com/na_en/products/product3.php?pid=AC32064 This kit solved my problem when mounting a RMR to my Glock 40 MOS.

The law you quoted says nothing about purchasing a firearm. It is about possessing one. Under that law someone can loan a firearm if you are going to hunt with it but it does not say anything about purchasing. Maybe @robtattoo or @Oh Shoot can supply a little more info that might help you. Oh and welcome to TGO.

On our side of town you also have Davidson County Sportsman Club off of Eatons Creek. I assume it is still open. There was a waiting list to join a few years ago. Their range is a little over a 100 if I remember correctly.

I don't. I know it causes lots of headache's but it is hands down the easiest and quickest way to upload pics from a mobile device.

There is one other thing to consider and that is cocking the crossbow. 180lb crossbow is no problem for a young strong man to cock. For me, not so easy. So I went with a Ten Point crossbow that had a crank cocking assist. Makes cocking the crossbow very easy. The only problem is they are not cheap add ons or the bows with them built in are fairly expensive.
