  1. Another really good inexpensive o/u is the Verona line. They can be hard to find sometimes. Look for a field grade in models 500, 501, 502, 503. They are all the same but were given different model numbers when sold to different retailers. You should be able to pick one up in the 500-600 range. I shot a lot of skeet with mine. Great little gun.
  2. All I could hear when reading the story this morning was the beep, beep, beep sound of the sheriff backing up...
  3. Very cool. Not sure how rare it is but it's the first one I have heard of. What caliber? .357 mag?
  4. Not ticketed, ticked as in upset.
  5. My son has a astigmatism in his left eye. These are the contacts that he uses and seem to do a good job for him. The Toric version is the one the uses in the eye with astigmatism and the non toric version in his other eye. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
  6. I have always been a big fan of the work of Doug Turnbull. He owns Turnbull Restoration & Manufacturing Co. http://www.turnbullmfg.com His work is pricey but top notch. Recently I came across a deal to good to pass up. This 1911 was produced in extremely limited numbers to commemorate 100 years of the 1911 pistol, these few guns received military style markings, right down to the "ARMY" or optional "NAVY" designations on the slide. Finished in a replica of Colt's "Oil Finish," these replicas were a clone of the mid-1912 military .45 ACP production pistols. Aint she purdy?
  7. I think it will be a good season. Lots of chess pieces to move. The opening scene was very satisfying.
  8. The first phrase you used is the start of a Dr Evil soliloquy from Austin Powers. Very funny.
  9. Well the Trace has been in the news a lot lately with the Volvo a-hole running over the biker.
  10. Ask @Esko 270 He has a pool business. If he can't do it he can probably recommend somebody.
  11. I haven't even bought ammo for it yet. One of these days...
  12. I can more pics if you need me to. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
  13. This my bolt from a 1966 model 70 in 375 H&H Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
  14. I have a 1966 Winchester 70. I will take some pics of the bolt tonight and see if they match up.
  15. With all this rain my grass also gets really thick and retains a lot of moisture. I usually wait till late in the afternoon to mow when it is hottest. That at least allows the grass to dry out some. I still have to stop a time or two and clean the wet grass out of the mower deck.
  16. They changed all the hogs rules a year to two ago and screwed things up. Not sure what the current laws are but we do have some members who hog hunt. They should chime in and give you the low down.
  17. What are you, some type of hippie? lol
  18. She was a little pissed but did finally laugh about it.
  19. I texted my daughter last night that I was coming out of the closet. I waited till she started freaking out and then sent her the op's pic. I just sat there and laughed and laughed thinking about her expression when she got the text.
  20. Nothing wrong with them. The problem is to be legally posted you have to have them listed every x feet along your property line. It can get expensive. Plus people tear them down and then you are not legally posted. Much cheaper and harder to remove if it is just paint.
