We have 8 dogs, Some of them are very large and Very protective like Caesar our German Shepherd I got when he was a pup from a forum member, someone would be out of their mind crazy to even think about approaching our property. We shoot guns in the back yard often and have half a dozen Miniature donkeys that are some of the most protective animals that you could imagine. With all of this I still have a monitored ADT system more for the fire protection than home security. I have extremely good home insurance that protects my firearms I get a substantial discount on it by having a monitored security system

Got ya, I always carry my pocket knives in my watch pocket of my jeans, I find the laynard to be usefull I keep one on all of my carry knives. I have read on some knife forums where people have said the laynard has got in the way of the blade closing, personally I have never encountered that problem

See if you can find out who he bought it from, I have found at least 6 sellers on Ebay ripping CRK off and I report them

I must say that after carrying this Startac for the last couple of days, it is now my favorite carry knife and I see why Mav and Major Kong love theirs

I was pleased to see that the Startac now uses the same pivot screw as the 25. I have to say that this thing opens for me nearly as quick as any knife I have ever owned. This knife comes with a simple piece of paper from CR knives that shows how to open the knife properly. My last one was missing that paper so i am sure i was trying to open it wrong and got frustrated with it but after reading the paper and after about 10 minutes of practice it opens for me nearly as fast as an RJ Martin Q36 I absolutely love this Startac it is buttery smooth out of the box a fantastic carry knife! /

Have you looked into Zero Tolerance knives? I assure you they are from a great company and are some of the very best knifes out there for the money.

Just the things that Lynn has said over the years. He outsources his knives and claims that he makes them himself. He bad mouths several knife companies that make a far better product and if you ever see one of his videos he caters to mall ninjas. I met the man and found him to be an arrogent obnoxious person so I have never bought any of their knifes. Having said this I have heard several people like yourself that have nothing but praise for their company
