  1. Awesome, i totally forgot I had a $100.00 bet on him winning!!!!! I knew that he would and the kid has a lot of class to boot
  2. I had an Eotech 552 on my RRA, I fell in love with that sight, i have not used an Aimpoint but I am familiar with the Eotech and am saving up for this one, it should serve me well EOTech Sight (553.A65TAN / 553A65TAN)
  3. Well, I have it put together, the Fine folks at Noveske were kind enough to include a Ball cap and a Sticker with the purchase of this Upper half, I am not finished, I will be adding a Surefire Light system and an Eotech Holo Sight before all is said and done but here are some pictures of a functioning rifle that was a blast to put togeteher
  4. Congrats, Very Nice indeed
  5. Thanks for sharing Broosjr, it does my heart good to see how many families we helped out this year
  6. Conrats, nothing better than a new 1911, Wilson makes a much better more reliable magazine. I had the same gun as you several years ago the polymer feed ramps of the Wilson mag will not hurt your alloy framed Kimber as the metal feed-ramp magazines can do, they are worth the extra money that they cost, also I carried Cor Bon Powerball in mine, that little 1911 loved it
  7. While the STI pistols are nice, I would save the extra coin and go with a Les Baer TRS, or a Premiere2 depending on your needs with the gun. go here Gunslingers - Your Source for Quality Firearms George Talia will order you any high end 1911 that you want and give you 12 months interest free layaway and give you an awesome price to boot!
  8. Well the way i figure it, 1 Nighthawk Custom Commander Bobtail for carry, 1 Ed Brown Executive Target Pistol, and my Les Baer TRS on order for a government sized 1911 carry pistol, more than enough
  9. Damn, I kind of like it

    My next 1911

  11. I wouldn't say they are not right out of the box, several people like the stock triggers just fine. If I ever get another SIG it will more than likely be an older German P220 without the rail, when I get one I will send it to SIG for the exact things they did on this pistol. I could not be happier with it.
  12. WOW!!! Congrats brooksjr, the Tide will roll all over Texas, Bama is going to win for sure!
  13. Sorry Brooksjr, But Bama is going down, they will however make a great effort and try to win
  14. Well it is at my house waiting for me (the Upper) hopefully I will be home on the 18th and I will put it together, I will take some pictures when I do I will really like this Rifle
  15. This was the best $100.00 I have ever spent, next year I will donate more money
  16. At least you are not addicted to 1911's as well, trust me that really gets expensive

  19. Yes, and he claims "several Million"
  20. am I understanding that you claim to have fired "several millions" of rounds? and you are 23 years old? I do not even think Jerry Miculek even claims that he has fired that many
  21. Get the RRA 2 Stage match, or throw your money away on something more expensive. That is completely up to you but The RRA 2 Stage is used in the DEA rifles, tell me how they are having reliability issues????
