  1. Under $1500.00, I would go with the Dan Wesson Vbob but if I were you I would save an additional $300.00 and get a Les Baer TRS, just something to think about it carries as easy as my commanders
  2. I have a friend who lives there, he spends most of his play money shooting them every time he is home
  3. If you are going to be close to Scottsdale, Go and check out the Gun Club Home

    Wilson Combat CQB

Bring your Wilson, you name the place the time, Prove me wrong post a picture at least!!! just so you know I punch back! this has nothing to do about being any sort of snob, you claim to own something that is one of the best semi custom pistols in the world and say that it is less accurate than a Glock and the trigger on it is no better than an EAA? prove me wrong!!!

    Wilson Combat CQB

I do not think he will take either of us up on this deal I think he is full of I seriously doubt he owns a Wilson Combat he just seems like a guy who likes to run his mouth and make claims he cannot back up as he has done in several other posts

I will take you up on this in 1 condition. You Bring your Wilson Combat and prove to me that you are not talking out of your butt about owning one

    Wilson Combat CQB

Let me get this straight, when you say that you have an Elite are you saying that you have a Wilson Combat CQB Elite? and that the trigger is no better than an EAA Witness? no offense but I have to see this to believe it. If this is true than I think you need to send your Pistol back to Bill Wilson along with the comments that you made on this thread, I think he owes you a new pistol
  8. I wont be living there, well it will be my home away from home I will work 6 weeks on and 6 weeks off, I am an ROV Pilot/Electronics Tech Sr. Supervisor basically we run remotely controlled submarines offshore
  9. Sorry guys, I just had to share this good news with someone. My last company went under right before we were scheduled to work in India, so before they closed their doors (Nov 2009) I secured a new job with a much stronger and stable company. The downside to this was a pay decrease from what I was making with my last employer and even though I am a senior Supervisor I had to prove myself all over again. When I hired on here I told them that I wanted to work in Norway, or some other overseas waters they said I would have to work in the Gulf of Mexico (American waters) for over a year before this would happen. Well this is my second hitch out here and I just got word that I will be going overseas my next trip and can stay where I want. What is so great about that? for starters it pays a heck of a lot more money and I will be getting my air miles back that I have not been getting since I stopped working in Africa over 4 years ago. Also I will be able to buy Silver Select Single Barrel Jack Daniels every crew change!! Sorry I am just very happy at the moment :D:D

    Wilson Combat CQB

Congrats, very nice 1911 That is a rail model is it not?
  11. Guys and Gals, Please keep this thread updated. I am offshore or I would be there for this!!
  12. Adam, Are you having fun talking to yourself? Everything I said can be backed up by facts, so no you didn't call me out. I just refuse to argue with someone that believes everything he reads on line and what one company tells him over the phone. If you are so in love with PS, I hope they enjoy you as a customer. As for the deal you list, yes I can get you a better and bigger safe than you listed for the same price. So are you happy or do you want to come up with some other insult and argue back in forth, as I said if you want to argue go find your self a wife and torture her with you endless rants Sorry but, 1. you stated that Patriot Safes are made in China, Wrong the ones we are discussing are made in the USA 2. You claim that Browning safes are made in America (some perhaps but many that I have seen are not, along with their guns) 3. You claim that Patriot safes are cheap Dead Wrong No arguing here just stating the facts that you have dead wrong, while I understand you are upset about the middle man being cut out, a good buisness practice is to not slander a company when you do not have a leg to stand on
  13. I have Farm Bureau homeowners insurance, they came out and inspected it and they accept the fire rating of my safe and it gives me a discount, so what exactly are you saying????
  14. You can PM me if you wish, I would like you to see my safe in person if you have any doubts I could have paid $5200.00 for the Best Browning safe made 4 years ago this safe is much nicer than the Browning that I looked at and with the money I saved I bought an Brand new Ed Brown 1911, so the savings were substantial to say the least. I assure you that if you go with one of their 2 hour fire rated safes you will keep it forever. My only regret is that I did not go with their biggest model as I am running out of room in mine
  15. Since when are they made in China? Huntington Beach California is a long way from there, the fact of the matter is that I do not care if it was made on Mars it is a superior product compared to the Cannons and Brownings that I looked at as for something going wrong mine was dropped from a Uhaul truck ( 2 feet) in my driveway while moving from Florida to Tennessee, it was scratched badly and the digital Lock LCD screen was cracked. I called them and 3 days later a technician came to my house replaced the digital lock and gave me touch up paint to repair the scratches, I was charged NOTHING for this you are welcome to come to my house and inspect my safe, I assure you that it is not Chinese made Junk, and the customer service that I was given was outstanding to say the least
  16. I have owned my Patriot Protector safe http://www.patriotsafe.com/quotProtectorquot-24-gun-safe-2-hour-fire-1880-2010-LEO-Special-_p_25.html for over 4 years and have moved it from different houses 3 times. I think it is the best safe on the planet and friends of mine who own Canon and Browning safes agree that the build quality is superior to theirs. I recommend them without hesitation it will be money well spent I will be buying this http://www.patriotsafe.com/quotArmoryquot-Tall-45-gun-safe-2-hour-fire-1880-2010-LEO-Special-_p_18.html a much larger one in the future, Their service and quality are the best I have ever seen and I would not by any other makers safe
  17. Trust me, it is well worth the wait. I waited nearly a year due to backorders for my 2nd one you will love it but if not, I will gladly buy it from you so keep that in mind
  18. I have been a smoker for over 25 years. STOPPED cold turkey for 3 years. The stupidest thing that I ever did was pick them back up. I work offshore and damn near everyone out here with a few exceptions either smoke or Dip or both. My wife has been begging me to quit for 12 years now. Before we were married she smoked and just put them down. I will try to quit but at the moment I am in charge of a very stressfull job that has ALOT riding on it, but after this is over hopefully in the next 72 hours I will try to put them down cold turkey. This thread has inspired me, but I NEED them now
  19. YES!!! I have 3 VM-2's they are worth their weight in Gold to me!
  20. Where did you get those Les Baer grips?
  21. To the OP, While I have sold a few things on here, that is NOT the reason I am a Benefactor. I support this site in any way that I can and will continue to do so just because some of the Best folks in the state of Tennessee and a few other states are all cordial members here. If you feel that what David is asking for to be a Benafactor member is an unreasonable price, (i strongly disagree) Do not become one, why in the Hell did you post a thread on it?
