I was at my neighbors house with my wife. My neighbors knew I liked guns and started chatting about getting their HCP. My wife, who has not shared my passion for guns, said she was interested in getting hers too. I was floored. She thinks I'm crazy for the amount of time I spend on guns (shooting, cleaning, building, reading, etc...). Was this some cruel joke she was playing on me??? Nope! I just signed up her for her class along with both my neighbors so they can all go together! Now..what gun to buy?? Side note- ATTN women...the bass pro in Sevierville offers free HCP classes! Guys can also get free classes if they bring a woman with them!

The sky is the limit my friend. I would put in the +100 and get a nice Springfield. You can also find used kimbers, springfields for about that. I have heard good things about rock island, but never have shot one.

I recently purchased a new stock for a Remington 700. I love the thing! I shot it for the first time last weekend. My problem arises from the screw that holds the gun and stock together. I tightened it once during shooting and once after because it kept coming loose. I would assume that is from all the shooting, recoil, etc...I also assume that because of this accuracy would be effected. Is there a product I can use that strengthens the bond between the gun and stock whether it be from the screw or another place. I would like to be able to remove the screw one day so I don't want something that will be so tight that would make it impossible. Thanks in advance!

all numbers match but it does not come with the original 10 round mag. Apparently it still has the packing grease on it.

A yugo SKS with black stock, original wood stock, bayonet, 2-20 round mags with 280 rounds of ammo for $325? All the numbers match and is in good condition.
