  7. This site is beneficial to me and I've learned much. I decided to become a benefactor to support the site . . . This site is a community that I wanted to be a part of . . . if they'll still have me.
  8. My first Vehicle was a 1949 Chevy Pickup. I worked hard, saved my money bought the truck for $300. I didn't have my driver license yet but would sneak out and drive it around when my mom wasn't around. I got caught. My mom sold it the next day and kept the money. Last year I purchased a 1950 Chevy pickup and am in the process of a Frame off restoration.
  9. Its the Alcohol in the gas. Eats the seals. Quit buring Ethonal or replace the seals in the float needle valve with alcohol proof seals. Also your floats might need adjusting.

  12. I just built my 2500 square foot workshop from scratch. If you can swing a hammer, build it yourself. I got a buddy who's an out of work carpenter help me do it real cheap. That's what I'd do. I'll post pictures of my workshop.

  16. When I lived in Georgia,My Sheriff's Deputy buddy and I hopped in my airplane and flew to Savanna for a gun show. I was in the market for a nice 45 and didn't know anything about them. I private individual at the gun show noticed what I was looking for and offered to sell me a Nice Ruger 45 stainless. My Sheriff's Deputy buddy looked it over and said it was a good weapon. After we landed back at the home airport, He stated . . . I can't let you go home with an empty weapon. He then filled up both clips that came with the gun with hydro shocks.
  17. In Great Britain, You'll be arrested for drunk driving just by having the keys to your car in your pocket. Your car can be 100s of miles away. You'll still get charged and convicted of drunk driving. . .
  18. Freon works great! Oh, wait, you can't use that any more. The big bad EPA will get ya. When I was in the Air Force, we used Freon for cleaning all sorts of oil spills.
