I've read numerous snide remarks about Beck in this thread. All Beck did was try to teach us History. Then, try to motivate us to not repeat it!. What is your beef with Beck in this matter? He performed a great service in doing those two items.

Have you thought of setting up an outdoor outlet near the areas that you're speaking of? I've done this a couple of times. You can buy 250 feet of outdoor (UF) 12/2, which is rated at 20 amps for $119 at Lowes, then dig a ditch to bury it under. Here is a DIY link How to Install Outdoor Wiring

I've been to the Armory in Lebanon many times. Each time, they've been more than helpful and knowledgeable. Their prices seemed quite reasonable. I haven't been to the new store yet but must make an effort to check it 0ut.
