  1. Thanks for the info.
  2. Yes using carbide Dillon dies, just tried for first time due to reading these below directions from page #9 from XL 650 manual, Dillon wants to sell case lube. I won't be using any more on pistol brass. SS LUBRICATING BRASS To lubricate brass, use “Dillon Case Lubricant” (#13733). Pistol – If you’re using a carbide sizing die, you will not need to lubricate your cases (before sizing) when loading straightwalled cases. If you’re not using a carbide sizing die, you must lube the brass before sizing. We do, however, recommend lubricating all brass.
  3. I over sprayed case lube on 500 rds. of .45acp brass, let brass dry for over 20 mins. poured into reloader hopper and noticed when I tried a powder weight check the powder was sticking to the case wall, called Dillon's 800 # and they said it was ok and they would fire with no problem.......? I had approx. 1.4 grains +/- of Win.231 stuck inside cases, sounds like moist powder to me, unless the Lanolin won't bother the burning of the powder ? Can't wait to shoot this batch.SS
  4. I would like info, if it's cheap enough it will be worth a little road trip. SS

  12. Thanks for the welcome. Instead of paying a exterminator $125 to trap a skunk under my house, tearing up duct work and insulation and stinking up my air in home, I took the less expensive route .40 cal. to the head. My neighbor gave me the name.
