No problem at all! I'd be glad to help. The main thing I'd say is excercise, excercise, excercise. A bored Weim is a destructive and dominating Weim. And this is not an outside dog. They were orignally bred to be with thier owners everywhere they went. And trust me, close your bathroom door or you will have another companion in the shower with you with a VERY cold nose if you don't. :) And congrats on the new addition!

Banking in the 1920's (Those were the days)

This is the only reason I'd like to carry at work. I have to walk into the bank in the morning and out of the bank at night to my car. This is the time most banks are robbed. -

We'd be fired on the spot for interfering with a bank robber these days. The bank doesn't have a problem with clients carrying but we are not allowed to carry as employees. Not that I'd shoot someone over money these days since it's all insured, but it'd be a nice option to have if they decided to eliminate witnesses! -
As banker myself this article found a special place in my heart. It would be awesome having a shooting range in the basement of my bank! Is it wrong for a child of the 80's and 90's to sometimes long for the earlier days? http://indianapublicmedia.org/momentofindianahistory/bankers-packing-heat/

Chicago Pays NRA $1.4 Million!

I wonder if they'll sell reproductions of those checks on their website? -
Something I've notcied too with the nasal pillows is that they make a tight enough seal on my nostrils that it seems to create a vaccuum in my mouth. It takes a good little bit of force to acutally open my mouth when the pillows are seated nice and snug. Now once I actually open my mouth, it's a very weird and noisy experience. The air is forced non-stop out of my mouth and I can't even form words to talk. I've even thought about trying to blow up a baloon without using my lungs but I'm too scared of blowing out my sinuses so I don't think I'll try that. Oh and if you're the type that likes to sleep with the covers over your head but don't because it gets too stuffy, this is the machine for you! The tube feeds you fresh air from outside the blankets so you can stay under as long as you want. Oh and if the "dog" pulls a dutch oven on you, you no longer have to vacate the area until the fumes clear. :)

I've been fortunate to be able to get by with only the nasal pillows. And I haven't had any problems with my mouth coming open at night. I forgot my machine on vacation last year and was able to borrow a relative's old machine they didn't use anymore. However, they only had the mask that goes over your nose and has that wierd forehead pad and I just ended up ripping it off it was so awkward and uncomfortable. What type of mask are you using? If it's not the nasal pillows I'd definitely see if the doc could get you some. I don't even notice them anymore. Oh and if the hose gets in your way or feels like it's tugging on your mask, I pull up a little slack onto the bed with me and tuck it under my arm facing the side of the bed. That keeps the tension off the mask. Glad to hear that you went to the doctor though. Many people don't and end up losing a lot of sleep or even their health because of it. Please please please stick with it. You'll feel better for it.

So you think your safe is safe?
PA cops shot two dogs, now possibly three in the bed of a pickup truck on the road in front of a school with pedestrians watching! yes its true, I hate to say it but this STUPIDITY is going to hurt our fight for the second amendment freedoms we hold dear, everyone in that neighborhood is going to be against guns now because some cop acted like a fool. I wasnt there and you can say I dont know the circumstances, but the dogs were fighting each other in the bed of a truck not in a school yard, they were not biting people, they were not rabid they were pets, I am curious how this officer found it better to shoot someones pet for fighting another persons pet instead of calling animal control. How could this have been the best course of action, does anyone know whats under the bed of a pickup truck, hint... it holds gas! How did this officer not consider the safety himself foremost and the neighbors, when he decided to shoot at a vehicle right above the gas tank on a public street with people walking around? I am just dumbstruck at the neglect in this one somebody has to help me understand this. http://usnews.nbcnews.com/_news/2013/01/29/16758026-cops-shoot-dogs-in-front-of-pennsylvania-high-school?lite
Maybe a bad decision on the officers part but calm down brother. Fighting dogs can turn on anyone nearby and are unpredictable. And gas tanks don't explode like in the movies. We weren't there so we can't fly off the handle.
-
Im sure that was a contributing factor but after the St. Valentine's Day massacre the public flew off the handle and the newspapers kept pumping out images of mobsters and their "scary" machine guns. So, for everyone's safety, the government put all these "scary" guns on a list and taxed the crap out of them...for everyone's safety of course. Sound familiar?
-
Why should we have to have background checks anyway? What makes an NFA background check any different than the one you already have to go through to get the firearm? The NFA was only proposed so the feds could prosecute mobsters because they couldn't get them on any other charges and only served to put ownership of these items out of reach of the law-abiding citizens. ($200 was worth a whole lot more back then)The NFA needs to be rescinded and wouldn't pass muster in it's current form if it was proposed today.

I've been looking at getting a small one like this for the nightstand but won't be getting any of these now. Anybody have any recommendations? Not looking to keep a robber out. If they want it bad enough they'll get it. This will simply be used to store one while I'm home when it's not on my person. -
By far one of the best choose your own adventure games I've ever played. Well written and good voice acting. Really pulls you into the story. I played them all on the Ipad and they really do mean it when they say it's better when played with headphones!

Yeah. Just like driving an extra couple miles just to save a penny on gas. By the time you get there, you've burnt up your savings. But most people don't think like that. Makes me want to beat em with a sack full of hammers though.

My local Walmart on Walbrook Dr. is now limiting people to a maximum of three boxes a day, total.

Is a mattress cover or concealment?
gnmwilliams replied to Will Carry's topic in Training Discussions
I hope you've got a mattress protector on there. Because the average person's mattress will almost double in weight in it's normal life span from dead skin cells, sweat, and dust mites. There's an appetising thought for ya! :) It'd be a neat test though to see if a mattresses age affects it's stopping power. -
