By your own words you shoot non aggressive dogs.

I'm not going to say much because anything I'd say would be held against me in a court of law. But being dissapointed by not getting to kill anything is shameful. And hunting is different. It serves a purpose by providing for the hunter. A true hunter will even tell you to make sure you take a good shot so as not to be cruel to the animal by letting it wander off and die in the woods. Even if a dog did have to be shot it's a sad event. Not something to be relished in. And BTW, most strays are strays because of stupid humans who are irresponsible with their own animals. I'd gladly take a stray in before most people I meet.

He ain't lying folks! However, the comics are some of the best I've read. Highly recommended.

Inside Waist Band Carry uncomfortable.

I am, how do you say?, a little on the heavier side and I absolutely hate IWB carry. I have recently ordered a RKBA kydex OWB holster and love it. I can't even tell I have it on sometimes and it doesn't print anymore than an IWB would on a guy my size. Check em out if you get the chance. -
Man it's hard to believe they've been through so much already. Seems like it just started yesterday!

How could you tell? Just don't put me on Facebook.

Ok so some may call me crazy but I think I've found the perfect blend of sweet and salty. Fritos and candy corn. Take some fritos and mix em with some candy corn and you have a tasty snack. Tasty being the relative term depending on your like or dislike of fritos or candy corn. Enjoy! or not.

How long should it take a receiving FFL to check in a gun?

This. I walked into Coal Creek just as the shiment came in and I had it by the time my background check came back. -
Anyone else irked by the complete lack of effort made to make the firearms seem at least a little bit realistic in the prison yard scene? No recoil, no slide cycling, head shots from a snubbie? Come on guys. CG muzzle flashes? Actually, looks like CG everything in this episode. I might have even been able to look past all this but the scene showing Carol complaining about her shoulder hurting from the recoil just rubbed salt in the wound for me. (Rant off) Other than that great episode! - Oh and I've got no problems with the home made supressors cause the concept is sound. See what I did there?.

My XD-S has also replaced my PM9. I can't get enough of this little gun! I should be getting my OWB RKBA holster for it sometime this week. I tried the whole in pocket carry but it was a tad heavy. However, on my belt I forget it's even there.

I would chalk it up to a bad batch since it seemed to like everything else. If a gun likes the hollowpoints and the WWB stuff it shouldn't have any problems with anything else. Maybe that batch of Federals got hit with bad primers and powder which might not had enough oomph to cycle the slide fully. I've fired literally thousands of Federal 9mm rounds and only run into a couple dud batches.

Oh I think there will be lots of chomping. Literally!

This. The new N series of routers have some pretty good signal strength. I haven't been too impressed with Linksys anymore since cisco bought them out. What I'd actually recommend doing is just trying out different models and return the ones that don't work. They don't take much time to set up these days so you should be able to get a feel for their signal strength pretty fast. Also, wifi is constantly changing but don't get suckered into buying the super duper long range super fast routers that some advertise themselves as. 802.11n and N+ will get you where you need to be.

Sunday afternoons usually work for me too but I'll have to make sure about that. I'll let ya know!

1911 IPhone guy here.

Mark II bushing and Mark III everything else. However, I wouldn't mess with the factory hammer due to light strikes being a very real possibilty. I only replaced the trigger and the sear and have a sweet trigger pull now. As far as the take down kit it's not recommended to fully dissasemble the Mark III's every time anyway due to the friction lock of the barrel to the grip.

http://www.cbsnews.com/8301-201_162-57525501/massive-marijuana-field-discovered-in-chicago/ My favorite part - Police also found evidence of a camp, and officials said the tarp, sleeping bag, soda bottles and Cheetos wrappers at the site indicated someone may have been guarding the field. Lots and lots of cheetos bags.

Just read another report that said he had 10,000 rounds at home. Sheesh, like it matters how many rounds he had at home people. The only rounds that matter are the ones the person has on them at the time of the shooting. And notice how I didn't say how many rounds in the mag.

So sorry to hear. Thoughts and prayers for you and your family.

I have shot some high end 1911s over the years and while some may have a better trigger and be fitted a little tighter, my SR1911 is one heck of a pistol for the $650 I paid for it. The trigger has broken in nicely but I still may have it reworked once I'm able to get more time to shoot. It' s more accurate than I'm able to make it but I can bounce around golf balls at the range with it so no complaints about accuracy from me. Yes it will fit any accessories that advertise 5" 1911. I will probably add an ambi safety and some night sights on it when I get the chance. That's all I'd really say I'd change on it. Oh and I used to buy from Buds all the time but here lately their prices haven't been competitive and they've grown so much their customer service has started to slip. Check out the folks at Joebob Outfiiter if youre looking online. Just got my xds from them and had great results.

My favorite 1911 is any 1911 in my hand. But I will say that I love my SR1911.
