  9. for those of you going to the knoxville gunshow this weekend stop by my place i will haggle over the unpassed out candy i have left from last night
  10. get pmc just about the cheapest and shoots good too
  11. i had my tables booked several months ago .i do about 90 gunshows a year and have found that if a city has too many then everybody pays .lexington ky has about 5 shows a year better dealers better prices more buyers.there is no reason to buy if you can go to another show next week see the same dealer with the same stuff at the same price.in 2 weeks the best gunshow by far is in tulsa ok .some of the dealers come in tractor trailer trucks lots of people good buys.last weekend rk had about 350 tables in hendersonville but he also had 4 other shows with hendersonville being the smallest figure 350 tables at 80 .00 each times 5 thats lots of money even if noone comes to the show .in the 9 weeks left in this tear there are 10 gunshows within 50 miles of nashville more than 23 in the state thats why gunshows are not as good as they used to be there are too many just my 2 cents worth
  12. i have 3 of them 2 7.3s and 1 6.0 if you do the work on the 6.0 its as good as a 7.3 but cost a lot of money.i tried to order a new one a few weeks ago but wanted a 6 speed couldnt get it autos only so i guess i will just keep my old ones
  13. most of the dealers i spoke with will not be going back .most of us had to pay 80.00 per table not enough people came in to warrant that much table rent .
  14. my thoughts as well i most likely wont go back at 85.00 per table.dont know what it is but hard to have good gunshows in middle tn. too many not enough dealers wrong stuff dont know wish i did
  15. s & b is now loading some ammo with a primer that is neither large or small
  16. glad someone talking about loading the 300 hand h one i have reloaded for years when you start come see me i have lots of odd bullets you can have as i will never use them when loading a 44 mag or spl imo there is no reason to use anything but a cast bullet some will differ but elk did ok with them
  17. i am in louisville ky somebody tell me how good or not good the guy running my tables is thanks
  18. i would get a hornady lock and load ap over a 550 dillon i have both and the hornady is easyer to use made very well and cost less if you budget will allow it a 650 or a 1050 is better just take longer to change primer sizes out.i am in this buisness every day though and still think most people should start out with a single stage set up.imo if you dont have time to load on a single stage you dont have time to load safely on a progressive jost my opinion if i can help let me know david
  19. i have one an uselton 1911 i actually have 2 i like them alot. have had wilsons and 2 les baers still have one of them an early one when he used colt frames . even have one built by jeff waley spelled his name wrong sorry . i realy like my useltons and have ordered one in 10 mm cant wait for it to be finished .if you have never shot one go to his etore rent one and shoot it if you have never shot one you will be in for a surprise
  20. yes as long as it heads them back just like the canada truckers
  21. i go to mo every other week from nahville its 33 miles farther to avoid il by going up us60 and i55 . i try to spend no money in il for any reason because i got a ticket there for talking on a cell phone in a constion zone on i57 no sign telling about law cost 350.00 so imo il sucks
  22. i quit selling the lee loadmaster because they have too many problems. if you want a progressave get a hornady lock and load 1st choice or a dillon 550. if you are not already a reloader i think one should start with a single stag press but that is just my opinion.if you can come by the rk show in knoxville this weekend i can show you the pros and cons of them david
