well I have several superdutys 06,12,13 ,they all run fine the 06 with the 6.0 has 300 plus miles on it.6.0 [s a good engine if you change the oil cooled and do the egr delete mine is a srw 350 and gets about 20 miles per gallon.i had several 7.3s as well they were good too. the 6.7 in the newer ones are great my 12c has 77k on it I change the oil and fuel filters every 7500 miles .the fuel filter change is very important with the 6.0. to me the biggest drawback is the fuel filters on the newer fords hard to change and cost a lo
