Thought about going with green in my grill at one time. But added aftermarket headlights( projection kind) with Leds all over and right after i put amber leds in the turn signal areas i find out from my cousin( who's fiancee works for TDOT) that i can use any color besides red or blue. Going to put green in my flashers eventually. ( matches the vehicle better).

My cousin had blue lights on his front blinkers. At the time he put them on, his truck was only used as a sled pulling truck so off-road it didn't matter. On road i think you can use any other color besides red or blue. And as long as it isn't flashing you can supposedly use any color. But the rules on that may vary from state to state. In General, I would not advise on using flashing red or blue lights on the roads. White, I think is ok.

Have a 9 mm shield as well. Has become my EDC simply because my G23 is just a bit too bulky but perfect for open carry.   Shot both the 40 and 9 in the shield, and just like the low recoil of the 9mm better. Thing is, Lasermark makes a laser for the shield, No accessory rail needed.

Heck, i used to get Squirrels with a bb/pellet gun when I was younger. Now i miss my old Daisy rifle, but the .22 has taken it's place as my "varmint" shooter.

If I lived in california,i might have been tempted to run against the Feinstien witch, but since i have no need or want to ever move to california, that aint gonna happen.   We need those who would represent us and our rights better instead of those who represent a minority or have the wrong agenda. Yet, we as gun owners are branded a minority( but look, supposedly there are over 30 million gun owners in America), that isn't a minority, that's one if not the world's biggest army.  Time those of us( gun owners) who don't have AR/AK/SKS or any other semi-auto rifle/shotgun to realize if they (gun grabbers) are willing to go after one type of firearm, what's to stop them from going after all of them.

Petition aint going to anything. But least it gets the point across that you aren't alone in thinking this way.   Definately need term limits on congress and the senate though.

Botachhas them in stock. Ordered a few week before christmas, and got them day before christmas. Were right at $12 each. ($36 for 3).

Boot/glove dryer( 2 of them), Some warm wool socks, Riding gear(gloves and a windbreaker vest). Soda stream maker, Holster shirt, Assassin's creed 3, Top shot dvd set, and some dress clothes.     Also some cash and some gift cards.   I don't ask for much gun stuff since i do have one of those democratical (anti-gun) brothers.

Just changed to a different holster for my shield. Mainly for comfort though. Got a 5.11 holster shirt for christmas. It works great, carried out and about, and no need to worry about shirts rising up. Nobody saw a print,and had nobody following me around. Only drawback is, i'll need another one to keep from having to always wash this one.   Best thing is, it will work for both the glock and the shield, for left handers or right handers. And if I want to I can use the other holster area as a pocket for my cell-phone/wallet/etc.. if out running or cycling and not having any extra pockets.

That's one thing i'm glad i have. 40 cal ( plenty of it). Only thing i'm low on ( under 200) would be 9mm.

Think you can order a sampler pack. The ones you don't like( like Stroganoff) you can give away( But i think if your'e hungry enough, you'd about eat anything).   I think the foods from Wise food storage are all vegetarian storable foods. You can add meat if you want.   I got a free sample myself a while back, and while i don't particularly care for stroganoff( i'd eat it if i was really hungry). Might order a couple packs( maybe a bucket) after the first of the year( i spent most of my sparable income on christmas presents and ammo.

Can you not carry a loaded handgun in your car on your own property? Wouldn't it be the same if you were walking on your property with a gun?   without a permit?

Just ordered 6 AR mags a few days ago. I have plenty of ammo, least for now. Don't shoot much since lately i've been busy with work and other things.   Not giving into any more of the panic buying. And all this right before christmas.

Not me. Just keeping in mind about the Magazines and the cost back during the ban. But for the entrprenuer, have at it.

Well, just got an email from Botach tactical saying my order has been shipped. Hopefully it is here by christmas.

Good to know, i have mags coming. hopefully they will still allow those of us who have them to keep them.

Basically i just want to get a feel for what we're to expect when another ban happens. I have ammo, just need to know in case i run out. This for .223 or 5.56 ammo.   Thanks

If my "breaking the law" act in carrying on school grounds stops an individual before he/she can kill kids is wrong, then i'd rather live with the conciousness that i saved a life instead of following the law and not helping. If the state would allow HCP holders into gun-free zones without fear of prosecution during a potential "CT type shooting", then maybe that would help. Since we cannot know when that might happen, we as HCP holders should be allowed into gun free zones since the police and those with the authority to be in those zones cannot be everywhere at once. But i still don't think there is any sure fire solution to the problem. I oppose any form of gun confiscation or ban( as we all know those policies do not work). Maybe everyone in the country needs to have a mental evaluation( president and politicians and those in power not excluded). Even evaluate the police, returning vets from afganistan or any other "war zone" deployment.   Just ideas, i'm not saying we have to implement these. But somethings got to change for real. Not just talk and make promises that aren't kept. But real change for the future.   It's not about gun control, it's about people control. Once they control your guns, they can control you.  

if you store it, and forget about it. It still will be good for up to 25 years. Try doing that with other foods. I have some canned foods, some long term storable foods. But having the longer shelf life stored foods( these are stored in Mylar packages in Nitrogen, so they will keep) seems like a good idea.   It's preparing for the worst, when we don't know exactly when the worst will happen. Could happen tomorrow, next week, next month, etc... Could be 24 years down the line.   Some people won't see jacks mentality on storing and rotating out food. They wait till the last minute and then are out of food. Most people won't take the time to prepare as much as others. So having the 25 year storable food in storage makes sense for most. No rotation, just add hot water and eat. This society has been acustomed to having things in an instant, they cannot seem to wait.

Heck, i bought my forearm quad rail from Botach and recieved it within a week. But this was back in spring. With the holiday season, i don't expect my pkg of 6 pmags to arrive as fast.   Ordered some sunday night from Botach and paid a fair price.
