  1. TAKE MY MONEY NOW!
  2. Monte Cristo and Cohiba are excellent. I'm also fond of Macanudo, Ashton and CAO. If you like aromatic smoke, you may want to consider a pipe... I switched about a year ago and enjoy it much better. It's significantly cheaper and you'll meet lots of people. When you smoke a cigar, people leave you alone. When you smoke a pipe, people come up and tell you stories about their grandfathers. I like the smoke shop in green hills... I think its Uptowns... good selection, great people.
  3. I've got a Polaris Ranger 400 that I absolutely love. It'll fit in the bed of my truck but has plenty of giddy up when it's needed. I don't use the dump bed much, but the few times I have it has worked well. I've driven Matilda (yes, I like her so much I named her) hard for the last few years with zero problems. My wife even rolled it into the creek a few months ago and after a draining the fuel and refilling she started up and ran like a champ. The only change I would make if buying now would be to look at the electric models... it'd be awesome to be able to roll up on deer in silence. If they have enough power, that'd be the way to go, but still, the 400 is a great vehicle.
  4. PADI certified. Advanced, deep water, nitrox and a handful of others. I haven't gone in a several years but I've been diving for over forty years. My father was a professional diver in his younger days (old style brass Mk V) and I grew up with a tank on my back.
  5. Say when. The REPR is an awesome rifle.   .308: Turning cover into concealment for over fifty years.
  6. I've got the SPR as well as the REPR - both are great rifles. I used the REPR to hunt with last year. It handled well in tight quarters and never gave me a problem no matter how bad the weather got. I've been very pleased with both rifles.

    Dickson

I've seen several nice places available in the Burns area lately. Probably a good compromise between Dickson and Nashville.
  8. I finally got my shipping notice. Over a month to deliver something that was "in stock". I expect better from Cabelas.

    44mm Glock

Not a problem at all. After the first shot your wrist will have to be put into a cast, so... no problem.
  10. I've got a ka-bar cutlass machete that is one of the best brush clearing tools I've ever used. Can't recommend it enough.
  11. Two legged coyote hunt... Sounds good. Now I need a wounded "fawn" call. I'm thinking its going to sound like: "I'm soooooooo drunk".
  12. After last years drought, I'm glad to see all the rain....and  like JWC my garden is rocking!
  13. Suuuuhweeeeet! Got some! You are the BOMB!
  14. I'm going to drop a couple of trees this weekend and see if I can't get the range extended out to 300+ yards. It's gonna be awesome!
  15. She turned out great Cartel! Beautiful gun. Can't wait for you to bring her out to the farm.
  16. I was shooting quarter sized groups over iron sights at 25 yds. The gun shoots much better than I do.
  17. I've got a CZ 455 FS that shoots lovely tight groups. They make really nice .22s.
  18. I'll just grab my bug out gear:   1. LWRC R.E.P.R. w/ Swarovski Z6i on top (I'd probably go w/ a 180gr softpoints... it'll make Z's head go 'pop') 2. Glock 17 3. Kabar Cutlass Machete (a bit short for Z but hey it's already on the pack)
  19. I can guarantee a good home for a few of the rifles. No rebuilds, I like them in them in their original condition.
  20. Why would you go and insult dogs like that? Those two rank as rodents at best. Vermin of one variety or another to be sure.
  21. And, just to make sure I'm on the list.. I'd take at least one.
  22. Quiet out in Hickman county but I'm seeing hens moving around. No gobblers today but where there are hens....

    Large dog toys

Kongs are great. I also recommend nylabones (the really tough ones) and Jolly balls... they'll get torn up eventually, but the big dogs love beating the stew out of them. I've got three big dogs and they love to chew. If not for these toys we wouldn't have a house any more.
  24. They all went quiet after the big rain the other day. Still out there... I saw them all weekend, but they were in stealth mode. Heard maybe one gobble all weekend.
