This was the response I got from the ATF when I spoke with them a few months ago. He never said it cannot be done, he just said that all local ordinances need to be followed.

I called the ATF office in Brentwood TN to ask about a home FFL. They said most cities and towns in TN have ordinances prohibiting a home FFL.. I asked if I lived in the county is it possible and he said you would need to actually run a business and not just use it for a hobby. You would need to prove to the ATF that you are running a business.

Religious law is already in the courtroom. It's where we get our laws about right and wrong. We can take the ten commandments off the wall, but there is no denying where the foundation of our laws came from.

I think Bush was one of the few people left in America that govern with conviction. I he was the only man that could have protected us after 9/11. Imagine what would have happened if Gore had been president. On a side not the difference between BHO and all the other presidents in US history is all the other presidents liberal or conservative thought they were doing what's right for this country. They had good intentions coming from different angles. I don't believe Obama's intentions are to do what's best for America.

My pediatrician asks if there are guns in the home are they secured and out of reach of children. I have refused to answer the question, but usually just give a truthfull answer. Not sure how they would respond if I said I keep them on the coffe table. Maybe the BATFE would raid my home. In the times I have refused to answer I have not gotten questions or even a strange look. Probably a common response to a common question.

I talked to a guy in Dickson raising tilapia in a 55 gallon drum in his back yard. He offered to let me come by, but I never made it over there. He said he grows 10 fish per barrel.

Looks pretty similar to the Berkey system. I built the Berkey filters out of two five gallon buckets and 2 black carbon Berkey filters. I have never thought about pressurizing the top bucket to filter the water faster though. That's an interesting idea. With a gravity feed setup you need to keep the top bucket full to provide pressure to filter the quickest. The lower the water in the top bucket the less pressure and slower the filtration is.

I agree that it should not be on a flag, but I think the message is spot on. I wish more of us had the guts to tell the world what we really think. I don't think Obama would have nearly as many supporters if we were all outspoken like this.

I would think the farting would be a little more terrorizing then one little pistol. Must have been something to behold if he heard it from inside his apartment.

The only 10/22 I have is the take down model, so an aftermarket barrel is out of the question. I will have to see about replacement sights for the 10/22, I like the idea of iron sights.

Got any contact info for him? I googled him and see that he does work a couple days a week for On Target in Murfreesboro. Is that the best way to reach him?
