  1. I just put my Winchester 190 back together and it had a pin like that. It anchors the magazine tube to the barrel. I have not measured, though. It is rounded at both ends and blued. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. Bob, I'm using tapatalk and can't see your location. Where are you? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. Whoa! Makes me wonder what heavy rain would do to it with it being an officer's sidearm. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. I'm making sure this was in response to my reply to you? If so, good to know. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. Hipower, not sure if you meant assembled rounds or not, but I've heard tumbling assembled rounds could cause problems. Not sure if it's true, just a heads-up. I think it has to do with breaking down the charge and creating a faster catastrophic burn in the cartridge case. FWIW. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. A gun shaped burr in Hillary's saddle is good enough for me. Whatever it is, bring it! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. This is what I was told years ago. I would end up with a closet full. Prophesy fulfilled. Eating chili the night before you carry changes the way your carry feels than if you ate a salad. You'll need a different holster some days. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. Vortex Strikefire Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. Some of the .22 ammo from federal is coming that way. I was told it looks like it had gotten wet. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. I whole-heartedly disagree. It IS pretty! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. Conceal ability on the 19. My full size frame seems to have more room in the finger grooves than the 19. They're both great! Depends on what you're doing with it. Competition is probably easier with a 17 for sight radius and barrel length. The 19 competes well and carries well. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. Doing a search, I think I am confusing it with Kriss Group. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. I could be completely wrong, but wasn't there some hubbub about the manufacturing rights changing a few months ago? Maybe that's it? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. Yep. Just the sights. Orange, I'm assuming? Easier to put a bead on the target. I'm guessing if you won it, people were just trying to see if they could get a deal before you knew what it was worth. Nice gun. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  15. A stuck case can be a run of ammo where the mouth of the case wasn't crimped enough to take the belling off the case mouth. Try a few different ammo brands. Don't make any judgments on the gun before about 200 rounds are through it. I have owned a Bersa and have several friends that do. I sheepishly admit to hearing less of problems from them than top dollar guns. It'll do well for you. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  16. Wow! That's gutsy asking for a pic of your license. I hate letting the doctor photocopy my insurance card! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  17. I was thinking another reason for a bill of sale would be this: what if someone sells it to me and then they report it stolen? I at least want their signature to show they are committing fraud. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  18. I'm not real comfortable with it. I want to see their license and verify address and license number. I would make them at least do the DL# or address if the gun is in my name. If it's stolen after the sale, I want it showing it was out of my ownership if it was used in a crime. One or the other needs to be done if they're buying from me. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  19. Yep. Thanks. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  20. Anybody have a copy of the suggested bill of sale? Keep getting page not found error in that forum. Screen shot would be fine and I can convert. I know I could do my own. I liked the one on here. Thanks! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  21. Haha! I didn't get notified people were still responding! I'll be checking out the videos. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  22. General guideline to follow is to carry what law enforcement or military carries. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  23. I've read a few different versions of this article. Point being that he made himself a target. Not knocking over a convenience store, but still a target. http://bearingarms.com/bob-o/2015/04/16/man-attacked-walmart-wont-open-carry/ Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  24. Just skeptical of wiki. Wondering if anyone had anything backing it up or other info. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  25. A friend has this gun and I have found a little info on it through Google. Anybody have any good info on this gun other than Wikipedia? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
