The burger king/ruger one was great. Same burger as McDonalds (S&W) but with a twist like an onion ring or a threaded barrel and magpul stock.

ad-closed More Christmas knives...

missed it again! Anymore of these going to be available before christmas? -
If you can travel up to an hour I would look into either the Charlie Hafner memorial range or strategic edge range. Both are membership only ranges. There isn't BLM land out here that is open for any use like other states so finding space is a bit tricky. I would have to read up on the TVA "unimproved" land but that may be an option but definitely not common practice.

ad-closed Sig P365XL with Holosun 407k x2 - SOLD

also carry this same setup, and it's a great combo and a great price with the optic and mags. -
most places I have seen offer coating service for the cut areas or complete slide. For the cost I would rather just pony up the money and get it coated and not have to worry about it rusting.
-
I know Royal Range does slide milling, don't know anyone who has had it done there but they do it. Personally I would go with the RMR/Holosun footprint, seems to offer the most options.

If you are building one just to have a "big bore AR" why not go with the biggest and get a .50 Beo?
-
I’m really excited for this one, I listen to a lot of the “big” 2a podcasts off and on and shooters nation was always the only one I could get through every episode without an issue bring back lark mancaster!

I think @TGO David is holding out and building content to sell to Spotify in 2022. I could be wrong though

watching him get grilled on the stand was painful, I don't think many people are prepared/capable of not getting grilled by professionals and them trying to cross your words and thoughts for hours at a time. I know at 18 I definitely was not. Regardless of the outcome, definitely opened my eyes to what could occur if one was to ever be in a real self defense situation.

Recommendations for OWB Holster for Sig P-365XL Spectre
FrankD replied to Defender's topic in Firearms Gear and Accessories
I am big fan of Mckinatec kydex for my 365XL, they have an OWB option as well just a looong lead time (likely will get here by the end of winter). I just ordered an OWB from northwest concealment that should be here pretty soon. -

Who Here Has A Generator, And It Saved Them ?
FrankD replied to billt's topic in Survival and Preparedness
Just today I did my annual half a tank run of my wen 2KW inverter generator. Have only needed to use it a handful of times but starts after a couple pulls every time I have needed it. I keep 10 gallons of ethanol free gas with sta-bil on hand in the event I need to run the freezer or a small heater if need be. -
Not the ideal position for a backup mag, but better than at home in the safe?

got my TLR7-Sub from Primary arms last week for $99 and the left switch works about 50% of the time if you push real hard. Hoping I can get a replacement, although I am still waiting for my holster!
-
mckinatec holsters will do it. I have the exact setup you mention on order with them, long wait time but worth it. I use one of their non-light bearing holsters daily and have been very impressed.
-
I did the exact same thing even ditched the romeo zero dot for the 507K. Last piece of the puzzle for me is finding a TLR7-sub for it.
