I had no idea what astana was referencing

I, too, am sorry for your loss.

At the beginning of the episode, as Father Gabriel is starting to drive away, someone raises up from either the passenger set or in the back seat. I am thinking Ricks smile at the end of the episode will have something to do with Gabriel.

#notmysuperbowl, the truth come out. LOL

My exact thoughts. The petitions were put in place as a "feel good" measure but not as a way to actually get anything done or accomplished.

Good eye, Omega.

How to simulate life on board a US Navy Ship...I've been LMAO at this!

After 20 years and 17 days of Naval Service with 8 deployments on CV's, CVN's, CG's and FFG's. I approve this message. -
Craziest Trade offer Someone has tried to get you to do

Dolomites take pretty much my opinion of Craigslist in this area. Beat up junk people are trying to hawk off at new prices. I did snag a decent tonneau cover for $100. The cover itself was in excellent shape but no keys. I rekeyed it to match the keys on the old camper pass through doors. -

They do not allow firearms. So posters sell them using cryptic terms and descriptions. -
I hate it for the store employees. But if you play stupid games you will win stupid prizes. hopefully other robber is caught and charged with his idiot buddies death.

I retired in 05. The Navy has restructured the helo community since then, but back then we had HS (carrier helo squadrons with 60 F and H), HSL (small boy, aka surface ship helos squadrons with 60B) and HC (supply ship helos with 46's) The 46 crewman were crew chief and maintainers. Since I retired the have done away with that command structure and I haven't cared enough to learn what they did. My DD-214 and retirement cert that came in the mail on 7 Dec 16 which was with the orders stating I was transferred to the retired list on 1 July 05.

I was not Aircrew but did have more than my fair share of riding in the back and minimal stick time, I was a maintainer not a flyer. The only time I actually worried about crashing, I caught a ride on a 46 leaving the HMCS Vancouver trying to get back to my home ship, the USS Carl Vinson. We were dodging a typhoon in the South China Sea and the 46 started having issues. I wasn't on ICS so I didn't hear what was going on. But the crewman all of a sudden started running back and forth, removing panels, grabbing tools, etc. I knew we were on the high side of their flight leg before bingo fuel and the winds were not helping. It was a long tense flight home. LOL

You do understand that a helicopter will only take you as far as the crash site, right? I wrenched Navy helos for 20 years and I approve that joke. LOL

Yes, I too am looking forward to it. You production is looking great and I always enjoy your videos. You are not as cool as OperatrError, but you are ok.

Welcome to TN. I lived in San Diego for 16 years at the request of the USN. Got back to TN in 05. Buying a firearm here after the painful process in CA and HI is a dream. My only comment is to load your coolers with machaca and carne asada. Its mostly Tex-Mex here.

Good on him. Not sure what I would have done, but the guy deserves few hot cups of coffee though.

That's pretty freaking cool!

We used some really interesting white noise the years I was a SERE instructor. Even when I was student, I just sort of giggle at it. That Easy Street crap would have pushed me over the edge if I had to listen to it for three years. LOL

Well if we are getting into particulars, the day I got married in Gatlinburg, that very night I was arrested in Alaska and jailed the whole time we honeymooned in Hawaii, which was 10 years after I supposedly bought $5k of electronics there. I have way more skills than I ever thought. LOL
-
That! I had the same thing happen to me earlier this year. I have in the past had DUI's in states that I have never been it, jailed in states I have never been in, bought thousands of dollars of electronics in HI, and more credit cars than one could imagine issued in my name. I do not, nor have I ever had a credit card. Lock your FIL's credit reports at the three agencies.

I was thinking the same thing so I had to comment to help me remember to do a follow up search. Don't know if its CRS, old age or too much on my plate at the moment but little things tend to get over looked these days.:(

Sounds like an interesting fella, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Steve_Hughes

That very thing has happened to me. A year after I retired our son was born. I am a full time stay at home dad to a now 10 y/o and parent volunteer at his school. I fix stuff there, make stuff for them and spend a lot of my time there.
