  1. Left over chicken encchiladas that I made yesterday.
  2. I wasnt going to get into the debate about killing or not killing the kid, but alas I have been sucked into the vortex of the conversation. 1st- They should have NEVER gotten the kid off the fence. 2nd- They should never brought the kid to the farm. 3rd- They should have never brought him back to the farm. 4th- He should never be allowed to leave the farm. For him to leave, its puts the farm and every one there at risk. 5th- Its just TV so kill the bas*#rd already!
  3. LOL
  4. Wow! Just wow....
  5. Escondido? Howdy neighbor! I lived in San Diego and Temecula. About the only thing I miss about SoCal is the Mexican food. TexMex isnt what is cracked up to be. LOL
  6. Good digging and good riddance
  7. I ran into that as well a few years ago when mine broke. I asked them who or what authority keeps them from selling the springs. I got a lot of "stories and lies" about it. Which is fine, that way I know what companies NOT to do business with in the future. I saw it as a win/win, I got to save money and I learned which local garage door companies were worth doing business with.
  8. IF you some mechanical skills you can do it yourself. Follow the link and directions provided and you will be OK. http://www.truetex.com/garage.htm
  9. Its sounds like a good idea. I have tradionally just sewed one out of extra material I had on hand.
  10. I did nothing all day yesterday, and I didnt get it all done. So I had to start all over today.
  11. But Mr. Stegall, we have got to think about and protect our kids. You know its for the kids, right? I just love seeing my tax dollars pi$$ed away.
  12. I seemed to have made it...
  13. Heres another site that I look at every so often about botched no-knock entries. Botched Paramilitary Police Raids
  14. As ls3 kid said, had it been me it would have ended up very, very bad. Anytime someone is using a chain saw on my door rounds, and I mean LOTS of round will be heading out that door! Chainsaw? Cheese and freaking rice, every agent on scene and every one that signed off on the use of said chainsaw should be fired.
  15. I saw that last night and wanted to post it, but since it was late I came here this morning to do it. Again, Mr Dolomite wins the day and gets it posted before i can get off my duff and do it. LOL Anyway, its very impressive technology and it will be fun watching this develop in the military and civilian applications. Yes, I want to play with a few hundred rounds. Maybe my shooting skills will improve. LOL
  16. Good looking gobbler!
  17. Give them a try and let us know as the only non edible birds are the pithui's in New Guinea. Hooded Pitohui - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
  18. Well since we are having confessional.... I have never had a speeding ticket; however I should have been buried under the Inyo Co. Jail. Way back in 2002 (I was active duty Navy) and my command was getting our "checks in the block" for our very, very soon deployment. I was leaving Fallon, NV heading back to San Diego in my POV to pick up my girlfriend (now my wife) at the airport. I got gas in (I think) Independence around 2 am, pulled out and hit the gas. I was driving my brand new, just delivered 2003 Dodge Ram and thought I should see just what she would do. Well as I passed the 100 mph mark the blue light came on... way, way back there. I pull over, turn the inside lights on and wait. When the CHP gets to the window he asks for the usual, license, insurance, registration and asks if I knew why he pulled me over. Well duh... I was going a little fast. luckily for me I had my uniform hanging on he hanger behind the driver’s seat. Turns out the CHP Officer was a Corpsman in Vietnam and we started swapping stories and he wrote me a no seat belt ticket and told me to stay under 65 (it’s a 55 mph road) in his county. No problem, Sir! Have a GREAT evening!!! That was my last “brush” with the law. J The other time was in Hawaii and that’s another story. LOL
