The EOD community picked up on this clown pretty quickly as they are the ones that brought his fake past to light to the Cleveland Daily Banner. I have PM'ed the clown on Facebook and as of yet no reply.

I had intended to post this in Current Events and Politics, but precedence has been set by another thread concerning Stolen Valor. This case takes place here in Cleveland. http://thisainthell.us/blog/?p=41808&cpage=1#comment-1207133 http://clevelandbanner.com/view/full_story/24853649/article-Candidate-E-J--Laughter-s--military-claims-challenged?instance=homesecondleft I have an EOD buddy and he states the whole community is in an uproar and the "appropriate authorities" have been notified and are looking into it.

I did read it completely and do agree with you that the whole operation screams of corruption. However it would have ended very simply if the guy had just smiled and ran far away.

I'm torn on this. First I read what you posted and formed an opinion about the ATF setting people up. Then I clicked the link and it seems some Joe bought a suppressor from someone's trunk along with two handguns. Any time some one offers to sell me something along the Class 3 line I will be having my fat arse running like Usain Bolt away from said deal. Just my 0.02.

Terminus appears to be a little under defended to me. Unlocked gates, one sole woman as the welcoming party. Interesting....

Cool, too bad some crack head will break in there trying to steal copper and disturbed said eagles. I would hope the raptors would attack said crack heads but I wouldn't want such a beautiful bird to get contaminated.

Smith nailed it. I have been shot a lot by simunition fired by SEALS, on several occasions. They were "repatriating" our students. While I trust a lot of SEALS, I worked with them, for them and trained them and with them. Again I have the utmost respect for them, however anything stronger than simunition, I wouldn't have any part of it. Nuts, I say, just plain nuts.

Feel free to come visit me. It seems things are breaking faster than I can fix them. In the past few months, washer, dishwasher, coffee pot, truck, recliner, wife's sewing machine, my sewing machine, my serger. Last year, major water leak in front yard (cracked main water line), water pump on truck, rotors on truck, after I replaced the water pump the bypass hose burst. Yes I was too freaking lazy to change it when I changed the pump. :( -
Good job, Kali and FItty. Is Operator Error out on an OP? LOL

Keep it up! You will save a ton of money.

Never heard of it. But thanks for the heads up. I guess I will stick to my tried and true method of seeing movies at the theater. I have my 7 y/o son pick the movie he wants to see and we as a family see it. He has fun and enjoys the movies that he picked. And to be honest I am willing to bet the kids movies I see are probably better than majority of the main stream flicks. LOL

Amen! Being cooped up in an aircraft is bad enough. Toss in a few hundred buttheads on the phone, no thanks.

Anyway, I did not see the immortality aspect coming. And that sort of shoots my WW Z theory out of the water.

Dumbest way to "teach gun safety" you have ever heard of

Sad for the kids involved. Play stupid games, win stupid prizes. :ugh: -
I think the eyes on Hitake and the daughter show that they have the controlling "gene/virus " in them. If you notice none of the carriers messed with Hitake or daughter. I think this virus was created for some sort of militarized aspect with Hitake in control of those infected. The curve ball is where the guy who worked in the cold room is shown with the Norvo virus and it looks like he is leaving the base.
-
I too cant say that I love it, but I am starting to like it more each show. And I keep coming back to the thought it seems like it is looking like the beginnings if the WW Z type apocalypse.
-
Anyone else watching it? My wife and I have been since it started and we both like. The acting is much better than the normal run of the mill SyFy shows. To me it looks like it is the very beginning of a WWZ scenario. For those interested it comes on Friday nights at 10pm. http://www.syfy.com/helix

Come on down, but please leave your freaking weather up there! ;)

And to cover your mouth when yawning! A lot of bugs are rather tasty, some not so much!

I don't know the story and don't really care. But when you throw punches at a cop all bets are off and you get what you get. Unfortunately that fella got dead for being stupid.

Yes it is. I came off my last deployment in 03 and transferred to 303. I have ridden those same roads countless times. I lived in Temecula and a great road to get to Fallbrook was Sandia Creek Dr. One had to be careful though as the road round around a creek and the creek crossed the road many times. I led a lot of bikes along that back road to meet up with Ding on Fallbrook.
-
There were a few daily riders there at 303. I am struggling trying to remember all their names at the moment. But one Sgt. had a Triumph and several Vaspas. I had my FX Springer and an 883 Sporty. We would regularly trade bikes for the day. I loved his Turnip and when I got a Vespa I would just chuckle all the way home. Had a Marine Warrant buddy that lived in Fallbrook. He had a Panhead, two Shovels, an Evo and Twinkie Electra Glides. We rode a lot together. I would show up on a Vespa to hang and ride with them. :)
