  1. I have a friend that done that very thing, but they never built a house. They built a large shop and then just closed in one end and made a living guarters, its pretty darn nice. I think the whole thing is about 40 or 50 ft.wide and maybe 100 ft. long. I don't have any pictures though.
  2. Glad to see you made the jump. I am long time member and I have received several phone calls in the past few years.
  3. I know I was just saying, and mav I never shot one but have heard they are just as acurate.
  4. Looks good, and if I'm not mistaken they are alot easier to clean than the Rugers.
  5. +1, thats what I was thinking.
  6. BigJ I've got a friend that killed a Mtn. Lion a couple years ago up in Maine I think it was. That thing was huge, IIRC it weighed like 268lbs. He's got a picture of he and it. He is holding it up with his arms wrapped around under its front legs, its almost as long as is tall, and the head is just as big as his. He had it mounted lying down and got it on a shelf like thing on one side of the fireplace looking down on the livingroom. Looks cools as hell.
  7. +1 lol, actually the notion has since past, but quite a few years back I was right there with you.
  8. umm, I'm not sure what said, or who it was I talking about.

  12. And a nice one mav, also Greg I like that smitty toooo.
  13. Looks good, and I've been pretty darn drunk before but I don't remember waking up next to nothing like that.
  14. Looked pretty damn fast to me, I think I need to practice. Looks good gray hair.
  15. I had the camera out taking pictures for the 22 rifle picture contest today, so I thought I'd take some pictures of my 22 caliber handguns. Heres a photo of mine. Top right: Heritage Rough Rider. Middle right: Ruger single 6. Bottom right: Cobra Arms 22 mag. (my daughter's personal favorite.) Top left: Ruger mk 3. Middle left: another Ruger single 6, 22 mag only. Bottom left: Colt Frontier Scout.
  16. Let me see if I can do this, first off is the twins, a pair of 10/22s: Next we have a couple of bolt action. The one on the left is a Romanian M69 training rifle, the right one is a Marlin N25. Last but not least, we have "The Henry". (Maybe a long lost twin of Mike's.)
  17. Yeah what Greg said, you and a friend can more than likey can do it. My wife has these little moving discs that you can put on corners and slid it in the last few feet. They are called moving men IIRC.
  18. SBR Actually I would like to have one, one of these days.
  19. Not sure,
  20. Actually, it is considered a handgun,IIRC.
  21. I also liked the analogy with the hammer. The only person that mine has ever hurt was me.lol
  22. A week, thats pretty good. Maybe the rest of it won't take to long.
  23. Do my banking at BanCorp South, I have been in 5 different locations in the Jackson area in the past few months, none posted.
  24. I'd like to have one of those Golden Boys also, maybe one of these days. Maybe a magnum like willis, cause I don't have a .22mag. rifle, got a couple revolvers but no rifle.
