  5. 240 gr. has served me well in the past. Year before last I shot one at about 65yds. knocked him flat on his a$$.
  6. I have several other choices, but a couple of years ago I bought a .223 bolt gun, for varmit hunting. One evening that deer season I was sitting in the barn and a young deer walked by at about 75, 80 yds. Shot it right behind the shoulder with a 62 grain copper jacketed hp, I think it went maybe 15 yds. The bullet didn't exit but was right inside the skin on the other side.
  7. How about a nice buck standing 25 yds. with no clue you are any where around.
  8. Thats where I do most of mine, in the back yard. Mine not Gregs, lol.
  9. I've got one of those and I love it, also have a .357/9mm convertible. Nice piece.

  18. I bought a CZ 82 the next day after I received mine.
  19. I work in it every day.
  20. I have one and I like shooting it more than the two Ruger single-sixes that I own. I don't know how many rounds it has through it. Hope yours is as much fun as mine.
  21. I would have to agree on the Henry, those little .22s are smooth, fun guns to shoot. I want one of the Golden Boys next. But I also want a lever action .357 and a .41 to go with my other single action revolvers. Maybe even .45lc and a .44 mag later on. Watch out though, lol, they can become addictive.

I have one and I love it, I shoot it more than the two single-sixes I have. Mine is very accurate, there is no telling what the round count is on that gun. It and my Colt Frontier Scout are my favorite .22's.
