Ok, well I went this morning, didn't see any deer. I did have one blow over behind me about 8:30 though. Squirrels every where. I had so many squirrels around me cutting that it literally sounding like a slow rain. Pretty cool. Maybe somebody had better luck than I.

A 6.5 Grendel upper..............

I feel your pain, don't know how many guns I bought before I got my permit. First one I tried to buy after getting my permit was denied, filled out the appeal and was called three days later saying it had been approved. Bought a couple more no problem, then just out of the blue I want a 22 revolver, denied. Filed the appeal, a couple of days later get the call saying good to go. This has happened to me about three different times, but has always been overturned within a couple of days. It is aggravating for sure. That is one reason that I wish TN was like some of the other states, where if you have a carry permit, you don't have to do the background check when you purchase a new weapon.

Hey Spots, how old is the Belgian? I used to have one some years back, he was a gentle giant. Mines name was Tony, we called him Tony the Giant Pony. He was a logging horse before I got 'em. Hey jt we were working on one of our contractors personal house the other day. When he came in that afternoon we were talking and cleaning uo for the day. He said for me come and look at something, he know I'm a gun person. He pulled out one of those, first time I'd seen one, man did I want to take that thing home. We shot it a few times, sweeeeeeet.
