5. Well I watched a small but nice little six pointer this morning for about 20 something minutes. I didn't shoot because there are about a half a dozen gentic inferior deer running around the farm that I want get rid of so I'm waiting on one of those. That or a truely nice one, and some of the does. Good luck to all of ya'll this weekend.
6.
Canada is starting to loosen up some of their gun laws, that is my prime choice at the moment.
Too much D*** snow for me.
7. Yeah. I think he was Punisher. Will that be easier or harder to clean out of the barrels?

10. Thanks guys, I wasn't sure but I didn't think it was. He didn't trade for it so alls good. I guess I need to pick up a couple of these before long. Thanks again for all of the help fellas.
11. Thanks Jonin, like I said this one didn't have the "ugly scope or mount". I just know nothing much about them and am just wanting a little insight.
12. Ok guys I have had a C&R licence for a couple years now and still haven't got around to getting one of these. I know very little about what to loook for. Any way somebody was wanting to trade one to my brother yesterday so he brought it to me. Sure I knew it was Mosin, but that was it. He said it was a sniper rifle made in '41. Now I know the sniper versions are a little more of value. Ok, so here's my question how do you tell the difference between a plain round or hex, and a sniper? Just what makes it a sniper? This perticular rifle didn't have the scope, but i guess that it could have been taken off not sure. I looked at my SOG paper after I got home last nite and from the pics, the only difference I could see in it was the scope and that it looks like the bolts are bent. Just could be that pic. And I know I should have one or ten by now but just haven't made the leap. Maybe after my daughter gets married next month, if there is any money left, lol, I'll pick up a couple. Thanks
13. Nice buck, I hope you get a chance to down him, looking foward to a nice close up.

22. Alot better than the Rohm & RG. Not as nice as my Colt or Rugers, but a nice little plinker. I bought mine a couple years back because it was reasonable and well I love 22's, its been a decent shooter. For a 100 bucks I'd buy another.
23. I need to myself, I've had my C&R for a couple of years now and still haven't bought one. I did get a CZ 82 though, and thinking about another. I've just used mine for discounts some of the dealers.
24. Glad to see some had a little better luck than I. Nice deer there guys. Congrats to to ya'll. I think I'll slip out back and see if anything is moving about.
