  1. The twist in the rifling of the Judge has been reduced to help prevent the shot from the .410 rounds from donutting. This makes the 45LC round less accurate. Donutting is when the centrifugal force cause by the shell spinning in the barrel (Rifling) causes the shot to be slung outward when it leaves the barrel. A smooth bore judge would be much better, but that is illegal. If it were a smooth bore it would be considered a sawed off shotgun.
  2. I am so glad you guys see it too! There is hope for America. I'm telling you now. China is a house of cards. One good breeze will send them down. We can beat these guys! I don't understand why we are so afraid of them. I will work harder and smarter than any Red Chinese MF!
  3. Look under Merck.com and see if they have any career ops.
  4. I watched it.........The music sucked and it wasn't that funny. I think John Stewart is dead on about the media. They are a bunch of fear mongers. I ain't skeerd I'm armed! I voting Tuesday! I'm voting a straight party ticket. In a city full of liberal dill holes my vote won't count for much, we'll see.

    Preferences?

Stainless is low maintenance. They used blueing before stainless. I would recommend the stainless model.
  6. Nice DMark! Not NICE. FANTASTIC! I'm working on getting one of those fine Smith and Wesson Classics. When I first started shooting handguns a few years ago I only shot semi-automatics. Now my semi-autos are often left gathering in dust in my safe. I get a lot of pleasure shooting my 4 Ruger wheel guns and 1 Smith Model 36 3".
  7. My next gun is gonna be a revolver with a 6.5" barrel in .357 or .44 mag. But for conceal carry most people don't use them any more. I've never heard of using Molly Lube on a handgun.
  8. If that was PINK you freak'em out. They'd run so fast the hounds couldn't catch'em!
  9. OK it's a slow night at work........... If you were to choose a carry gun solely on fear factor and intimidation NOT on effectiveness or stopping power. What would it be? Is a big bore revolver scarier than a Bersa Thunder to a gangsta? Could you intimidate a thug with a scary looking gun? My Ruger Vaquero fits Mexican carry pretty well, I wonder if it would make a mugger hesitate long enough to gain the advantage? What about one of them pink guns? Would he spend and extra second wondering "WTF! Dat gun Bees PINK!"?
  10. Didn't the "Son of Sam" murderer use a Bulldog 44? He said he had to soak his hand in Epson salts after he shot it. What a wuss! The 44 special is a great round for self defense. It a big slow moving bullet. It would rate it as more effective than a .357 in a short barrel. Only because it makes a bigger hole. The Bulldog 44 may not be much fun to shoot but it will stop a man. Shoot him in the pelvis and he'll drop like a sack a taters. Shatter the pelvis bone, biggest bone in the body. A man, even high on drugs, cannot stand up with a shattered pelvis. The .357 comes in to it's glory with a 4" or longer barrel. I shot my GP-100 today using some Black Hills 125gr SJHPs. 625ft/lbs at the muzzle. Love that revolver!
  11. I read an interview of a South African LEO who has to use 115gr FMJ rounds in his 9mm. He has been in many gun fights and claims that "The bad guys never noticed that I was shooting 115gr FMJs." I have heard some bad things about the old 9mm 147 grain rounds. Chuck Hawks hates them. Frankly I would feel just fine carrying the Golden Saber 147 JHP in +P. As a matter of fact it is listed as one of the best self defense rounds in 9mm. Best Choices for Self Defense Ammo
  12. I have shot the Kel-Tec 3AT. The Ruger LCP, Diamondback BD380 and the SIG 238. I bought the Diamondback DB380. I too had some break in issues but now it shoots great and doesn't jam. Most people like the SIG. It is the best in quality but the highest price. Pocker pistols are getting very popular now. Smith and Wesson has a new one that looks cool. Taurus makes one. It costs nothing to look.
  13. I just like the old school looks of it. It's a man's pistol, not some sissy nickle plated automatic. Can anyone talk some sense in to me?
  14. I'm just kidding! You are OK with me.
  15. Oh yeah. A big arse. Giagantic! Huge! Monumental! El Arso Grande!.............Why do you ask?

    Question

I think I saw the Masaad video on you tube. That man is wise. I have read or watched as much of his stuff as I can find. Masaad says a 20 gauge is better than a 12 gauge! The only difference is that a 20 is faster and a 12 gauge chews up the flesh in to smaller pieces. Anything bigger than a 380 will shatter a mans hip bone and send him straight to the dirt. Crippled. If you miss the hip bone and hit his nutsack, all the better. Google Masaad Ayoob.

    Question

Sounds like a win win. Ever since I heard Masaad say that I have started shooting low.

    Question

If you can shatter their hip bone they will stop in their tracks. Most larger cailbers from 38sp/9mm up will do it. I don't know what the hip bone is called. That's according to Masaad Ayoob-i-one-canobi.

    Question

8 Shoots with 45acp and he walk out of the hospital 3 days later! WOW. Did he stop his attack? That's what it's all about. Stopping the attack, whether the attacker dies or not is inconsiquential.

    Question

Since you have already purchased the Walther, I would say it is a great concealed carry pistol! The 380 cartridge has come a long way since the James Bond movies of the 60s. I carry a 380 pocket pistol and use Cor-Bon Powerball ammo. I own an XDm-40 and an XD-45. They are so much fun to shoot! I also own a couple of Glocks, great guns too! I also like the M&Ps. I like'em all. Is this not a great country! Where a citizen has the right to bare arms and defend themselves. There are just too many pistols out there to own just one.
  21. Don't fret the ammo. It's a 230 gr .45acp. Just get a decent hollow point. I'm telling ya, the difference between the high dollar +P and your run of the mill walmart hollow points ain't gonna mean diddley in a pistol fight.
  22. UHHHH Roll Turd! WAR EAGLE!
  23. Bill Hicks is a comic like Lenny Bruce. He doesn't make me roll on the floor laughing my tail off but I enjoyed it none the less. He's kind of a dark comic. The anti-Benny Hill type. Thanks for posting it? You ain't the only one.........
  24. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K1GjyrQiSRs This guy was offensive and funny. View it before the post gets nuked.
  25. Once a month. 100 rounds. But like DaddyO says. I practice in the back yard with it unloaded all the time and in the house when my wife's not home. Right now my EDC is a Glock 19 gen 4 but I also carry a Glock 36 or a Smith model 36. My back up gun is a DB380.
