Great! Now it will take even longer to load. How about a double action with a swingout cylinder, that doesn't wieght 54oz like the Taurus. I currently own a Single Six 9.5". It's a fun pistol to shoot, very accurate.

Man Who Carried AK-47 Pistol In Park Loses Appeal
Will Carry replied to MikePapa1's topic in 2A Legislation and Politics
My take on the Radnor Rambo is that he did not take that "pistol" to the park to have a picnic with it. He took it to get a response from the public and law enforcement. He was trolling for attention. Was he legally right or morally wrong? That's open for debate. Is what he did good for the gun owning public? No. It makes non-gun owners afraid. You go to a park with your wife and young children and their is the crazy man walking around in camo with that THING strapped under his arm? He's doing more for the anti-gun people than you can ever imagine. "Look Buffy! There is a crazy man with a gun! We need to outlaw those things." "You mean we need to outlaw crazy people?" "No Lovey, those guns." -
SCORE!! LC9 with Galloway Precision Trigger and laser!!
Will Carry replied to graycrait's topic in Handguns
This this trigger job something I could do? I love my LC-9. I don't like the trigger but it's 100% reliable, hides easy and is accurate enough. I would not consider it a pocket pistol even though it will fit in pockets. I carry mine in a N82 IWB holster or in a jacket pocket. It might be hard to access in pants pockets. -
Nice video. Keep'm coming. You're fast kid.....real fast.

I say dog. The shoulders and neck don't look right to be a wolf. Of course I know next to nothing about wolves.

I tried taking my wife camping. My every waking hour was spent making sure she had a good time. We camped at Frozenhead, which has excellent tent sights and a bath house neer by and free firewood. I didn't have fun and she didn't like camping. BUT. It is worth a try. Some people just need to get exposed to camping and they love it.

Oh Oh I know! The Obed Wild and Scenic River! Imagine crystal clear emerald green waters at the bottom of a huge rock canyon. The Obed River, The Emory River, Clear Creek, Daddys Creek. One of the most beautiful places in the state. The waters yield some excellent fishing. Call the rangers in Wartburg or call Dave Englebretsen at Frozenhead State Park. Frozenhead offers free firewood courtesy of the local prison farm. http://www.nps.gov/obed/index.htm

MAN! That is the coolest thing I have seen in many a year. Every child in Tennessee should know what your children have seen. We used to perform in the Mule Day Parade in Columbia TN. I have seen a $10,000 set of mules and those animals can do a lot of work and they don't need gas!

People don't read history any more. They are too busy gazing into those little light boxes they carry around. Those little things are like SOMA. If you can keep people's attention on one of those things, maybe they would notice when they lose everything else.

That was a very biased and inaccurate article. They want people to give up their freedoms for their own safety? "Let Big Brother take care of you. Lets put 58 million people in "reeducation camps" becuase they MUST be crazy for not thinking like we want them to."

I have never used anything but CCI in my wife's P-22. It have never had any problems.

Man Who Carried AK-47 Pistol In Park Loses Appeal

You guys know this Radnor Lake Rambo? I have been to Radnor Lake many times. It's a nice little city park. I think he was trolling for attention. Maybe he wasn't hugged enough as a kid. -
You said "Drug my wife..." huh huh.....

So far my wife's Walther P-22 has fired flawlessly. It's really a cool pistol.

I'm glad to here some good comments on these little pistols. My wife has a hard time operating handguns and I found that the Walther P-22 was a pistol she could operate effectively. It's nice to know she has another choice.

I bought my wife a new Corolla when she retired. I'm 6'2" 220lbs and I fit in it just fine. It gets great gas mileage and has never needed any maintenance repairs. It is her third Corolla. They are great little cars.

I really like my N82 holster. It's so comfortable you can hardly feel it. It also fits a variety of pistols. I have a grocery bag full of holsters and this is the one a wear most of the time.

Polk County! I can tell you some stories about run-ins with the law in Polk County but not on this thread. You don't mess with the law in Polk County!

Sigmtnman. Would you by any chance be a paddler? I've been paddling allover the southeast for the last 30 years, much of it in Tennessee. 1. Dagger Kayaks 2. Levis jeans 3. Hanes T shirts 4. Ruger firearms 5. Bill Dance sunglasses. 6. North Carolina pulled pork barbecue. 7. Tennessee whiskey 8. Duke's mayonaise

In 1993 I went to Wartburg for the first time (pretty women up there for sure). We were camping at Frozen Head State Park when the park ranger came up and said "Hi You'uns doing?" . That was the first time I have heard "You'uns" used in Tennessee. After 20 years of visiting Wartburg every spring I got used to the way they talk but I had never heard anyone outside the area use the term. Now a friend of mine from Pennsylvania says the mountain folk there say "You'uns" too. So I'm picturing a belt running from Pennsylvania down to Tennessee where the hill folk say "You'uns" instead of "Ya'll". So my question is: Does the You'uns belt stop at the Kentucky border area or does it extend down through the Pine Barrens into Alabama? Does it go west in to Middle Tennessee?

I carry my LC-9 all the time. This pistol has shot 115gr target loads, 147gr. JHPs and 124gr. +Ps and it has never failed. I can live with the trigger. There are lots of 9mm micro compacts out now and I cannot say the LC9 is the best but since it has been 100% reliable, I'm not looking to replace it.

I use Winchester White Box (aka WWB) target ammo 115 gr.. You can get it at the Chinese department store. As far as self defense ammo is concerned the posts above pretty much cover it. I do have some 9mm +P defensive ammo but I do not stress out too much on ballistics. It is much more important to be able to hit your target than whether you have +P+ ammo in your pistol.
