This whole situation (I think) can be lumped into category I see more commonly everyday. It's just plain old being naive and self involved, or in other words, "I'm the only one on the planet" syndrome. People seem to zone out everywhere, with blatant disregard for those around them. Teenagers are really bad about doing this...pretty much a given, it's their age. But recently, I've noticed it's become rampant in all ages. It's a shame that most of the time, after making mention of it and bringing their feet back to planet Earth, their only reply, to avoid total embarrassment, is something to the effect of "what are you going to do about it?"

This sounds like something I mentioned in another thread about HCP. Some LEOs sit in there patrol cars and/or have McDonald's round table discussions with other LEOs and sooner or later their opinion becomes "their law". I agree with the "blowhard comment". I think if he's going to make mention, he should have followed through with the official "checking of the validity of the permit". Otherwise, he's just rattling to hear himself talk. Sounds like this particular LEO just took the advantage to be noticed and sling his weight around. And before SHTF, I realize he's in the minority of LEOs. Brandishing....In a Conceal Carry or Open Carry state, would brandishing be defined as unholstering a firearm and deliberately showing said firearm? Otherwise, as long as it's in it's intended carry position, I wouldn't think it be brandished.

I think the cheapest you might be able to get away with was $750 a year. But, I could be wrong. If you're not a member, you have to use his ammo and targets + the price of lane rental. Members can use whatever they want, but still have to pay lane rental. I got the paperwork just so I would be sure when I argued it, but I left it with me father, so he could laugh at it with his friends at his office. So, I'm winging it. Memberships are broken down into Gold, Silver, and Bronze. The more you pay, the more you can play. Yes, now I can say it....Douche Bag.

I went to Uselton's gun shop in Franklin just after Christmas. Believe me, his buying adds on 99.7FM is in vain. Turn off number 1... His prices, shall we say, are astronomical. I'm not cheap, but I do comparative shopping at gun shops in the middle Tennessee area and on line. I know when something is WAY to expensive....and I'm not just talking firearms. He had those cheap gun cleaning kits $20 higher than everybody else. Turn off number 2 came when he started talking... Diarrhea of the mouth... Wear tall boots when you go, it fills up quick before you get a word in... that's all I'll say.

I right in there with you, mousegunner. But, I'm also taking in consideration the new administration, the fact that our representatives no longer represent US, trial lawyers, and the liberal media. I think we can fight the good fight and win...Hell, we've fought it this long. Its just posts like this that fuel our fire and make us realize the fight is never over for our freedom.

Sadly, there are more uneducated voters than we'd like to have in this country. They're drinking the Kool-Aid by the gallon. Choking on it and asking for more. They vote against/hate Bush blindly. Just as long as he and anyone associated with him/his party isn't in the White House. I know some of these idiots...but not by my choice (relatives & coworkers). Some are even as racist as they come, and they even voted Obama. Go figure... Obama is clearly a Fascist. The biggest socialist since FDR. Probably even bigger. I don't understand the appeal of the left.

If this IS going to happen, let it happen during Obama's rein. Just as long as it doesn't happen under an administration I voted for.
