  1. Here you go: Galco holsters; Holsters; Gun holster, pistol holsters, western holsters, shoulder holsters, leather holster and Glock holsters
  2. All above are correct. You do not have to check your carry weapon there, only if you are bringing in guns for work or trade. BTW, I don't work there anymore, I miss it but it was just part time for me while my real job was only 4 days a week, my real job picked up and so I had to quit my fun job.....bummer! The range is very nice, I have not been to vey many indoor ranges but of the ones I have been to this one is as nice as any and nicer than some. They usually have a pretty good choice of weapons and their prices and pretty good from what I have seen.
  3. My wife has small hands, she currently likes/has the XD sub compact 9mm, but she really enjoys shooting my full size steel frame 1911 45 auto! She will shoot it more than anything else wehn we go to the range. With the ful size and steel frame she says the recoil is not a problem, and with the single stack mag the grip is fitting to her hand. She also likes her EMP 9mm...
  4. I was spared by the rain, but did not see any deer....oh well better luck next time!
  5. JPS37033, you have a PM sir. I would like to take you up on this offer, and I will be willing to let you have as many deer as you want that I harvest.
  6. I will be climbing a tree Sat. morning myself! I can hardly wait either!
  7. If you give me a couple of days I wil check and see if I have any "coupons" left for a three day two night stay for $99 here: Westgate Smoky Mountain Resort - Indoor Water Park Resorts - Family Resorts in Gatlinburg, Tennessee TN We own a time share with them and it is very nice, they allow animals but it is an $80 charge for it. If you are interested let me know. You can send me a pm if you like. The only catch is you will have to hear the sales pitch, but if you don't want to buy just tell them NO....
  8. I was working there for a while part time and actually all the brass is supposed to be left for the range to pick up and re-use. I am sure some folks do collect theirs and take it with them but if they see you doing it something will probably be said, so as long as you are discreet there probably won't be any problem.
  9. Got your PM and sent you one back. Thank! We will keep in touch.
  10. I don't have this red dot yet but am going to get one as soon as the funds are available. Sig Sauer iTAC STS-081 Mini Red Dot Sight I shot a friends smith model 41, (I think) it was and he had the sig red dot on it, I really liked it! That and different grips are about all I plan to do with mine, and then shoot it a lot!
  11. I had the PM9 but traded it for a PM40, the PM9 was flawless but I carry 40's in my glocks and my CW40 so I wanted to be all 40's. The PM40 I have now is the black slide model with night sights. I have been practicing point shooting more lately, and I have found that either of my kahrs point more naturally for me than my glocks, so I find myself carrying one of the kahrs more so than the glocks these days.
  12. You can go to the great outdoor store shooting range and buy their range use ammo to shoot the 380, but you have to shoot the range ammo in their range, (you can't buy it and walk out the door with it), of course if you don't shoot it all you get to keep and take home what you don't shoot. So, I would go and buy two or three boxes to use in the range and then leave with a couple of boxes in my shooting bag....but that is just what I would do, and mind you I would not bother telling anyone what I was up to either.
  13. JPS, thanks for the input! I don't have any plans to travel towards nashville anytime soon so thanks for the offer but doubt if I will get to take you up on it. I own two kahrs, both 40's and a couple glocks in 40 as well so I am familiar with the perceived recoil of the round and that is why I would really like to shoot a PPS to get my impression of it so I can decide if I want to get one or not. I have recently decided I can more naturally point with the more narrow framed kahrs than I can with my glocks, and I am considering selling one of the glocks to perhaps help finance a new PPS...
  14. I am looking really hard at this gun, but I would like to shoot one to see how I like it. I am in Dyersburg, so if anyone has one in west tn that they would be willing to let me shoot please let me know. I will gladly let them shoot any of my weapons in return. I don't care to list what weapons I have so if you are interested please pm me and I will pm you with what I have available. Thanks!
  15. truthsayer, I know you are in Memphis, but I also know we have both of these guns for rent at "The Great Outdoor Store" range in Jackson, TN. Just in case you can't find them in memphis to do a side by side shoot test. I like the glock better myself, because to me the XD has a higher barrel axis, I believe is what it is called. As others have said either are great weapons it is just up to the individual to choose.
  16. I had a speedmaster several years ago, hardly ever cleaned it and it shot everything I put in it very accurately. They are great 22's. I have one now in my safe that my dad gave me a few years back, he had bought it from a guy needing money and it looks as good as a new one, shows no signs of having been shot at all!
  17. I have a CW40 on my hip as I write this, mine is accurate, reliable, shoots whatever I put in it and did I mention it is very concealable! GReat gun IMO.
  18. Yoder Brothers Outside of Paris, TN 731-642-3333 $54 for "regular cut" last years price They do most any thing you can think of with the venison, italian sausage, bratworst, salisbury steaks, bologna, hot dogs, you name it! I have always gotten great stuff from them. I highly recommend them, they process hogs and cattle also but during deer season they are usually wrapped up with deer!
  19. TGI Fridays Vann Drive Jackson, TN Not posted! Zaxby's Vann Drive Jackson, TN Not posted!

  21. Already have, its in the classifed section for $475, I did not put any pictures but it is "as new" with only about 50 round thru it, complete set with box, holster and mag holster.
