  1. Here are some handy links to keep around.  I've ordered all of my forms directly from the ATF in the past.  I will continue to do so until e-forms is the only way.       List of common forms and links to their PDF versions.   https://www.atf.gov/content/library/firearms-forms     This is where you can order forms.  Notice the drop down for step 2 "Please choose a document."  Here is where you will select what forms you need.  If you need Fingerprint cards, you will select the FBI FD-258LE.   https://www.atf.gov/forms/dcof       PDF version of 5320.1.  Application to Make and Register a Firearm.  Also known as Form 1.     https://www.atf.gov/files/forms/download/atf-f-5320-1.pdf       PDF version of 5320.4.  Application for Tax Paid Transfer and Registration of Firearm.  Also known as Form 4. https://www.atf.gov/files/forms/download/atf-f-5320-4.pdf       PDF version of 5320.5.  Application for Tax Exempt Transfer and Registration of Firearm.  Also known as Form 5.  This is what your kids will use to inherit your items if you are not using a trust.  https://www.atf.gov/sites/default/files/assets/Library/Forms/Firearms/f_5320_5_application_for_tax_exempt_transfer_and_registration_of_firearm.pdf       PDF version of 5320.20.  Application to Transport Interstate or to Temporarily Export Certain NFA Firearms.  This is the form you submit when traveling.   https://www.atf.gov/sites/default/files/assets/pdf-files/atf-f-5320-20.pdf       PDF version of 5330.20.  Certificate of Compliance.  This certifies that you are a citizen.  It must be submitted with your Form 1 or Form 4.     https://www.atf.gov/sites/default/files/assets/Firearms/FirearmsIndustry/f_5330._20_certification_of_compliance_with_18_u.s.c._922g5b.pdf           I hope that you all find this a handy resource.  Maybe someday, I will go back through and add in help or hints on how to complete each one and the processes you can use to get your stuff back error free.   Thanks
  2. Mine came back pretty much the exact same as I remember it
  3. I had mine done at the county jail/courthouse when I was getting CLEO signature.  Can you not do that up there?
  4. Kickstarter doesn't charge the supporter until the end of the campaign.  And then only if the goal is reached.
  5. A head coach with a losing record and a QB that has missed more games than started.
  6.     Dang.  I must have been asleep last night cause I read LCP and not LC380.  Oops.
  7. You sure about that? Pretty sure it was LCP, LCR, LC9.
  8.           Yup.  The 357 magnum and 9mm versions of the LCR have a steel frame where the other LCRs (38 and 22) use aluminum.
  9. Following up on their recent announcements of "new models," Ruger announced today an LCR chambered in 9mm.  This pleases me.  However, its driving me nuts that they are calling these new.  New chamberings yes, but not new.
  10. Thats awesome.  I love the beretta 22s.
  11.     A little.  But in no way did I mean to crap on your thread!
  12. I greatly prefer the original or 21 to the 25.  I do not like the finger cutouts on the 25 at all.  I've always been more an Umnum fan.
  13. Never been a sebenza fan really.  But they are good knives.
  14.     It wasn't exactly designed for defense situations.  It was designed to allow people with disabilities to shoot better at the range.
  15. Got mine back on Monday.  Finally.  Whoohoo!
  16. Firsthand or not, LEAs are still more trustworthy than a bunch of cult members. You are welcome to your beliefs but I'm not that easily swayed. BATFE RULES!
  17. You gonna believe the word of a bunch of brainwashed criminal cult members over a trusted government agency? You are placing your trust in the wrong place my friend.
  18. Plenty of ways to explain that. Fear, PTSD, refusal to deal with it, brainwashing. I seen it on tv. It's real, no question, and the world is better. BATFE 4 LIFE!!!!
  19. Seriously, they got rid of a criminal forever. One less to worry about. Keep it up. Get rid of them all. We will all be safer in the long run. TEAM BATFE!
  20. Koresh was a sex offender of the worst kind and anyone that chose to follow him got what was coming to them. Hate it for the kids but if their parents had cared, they would have gotten out. GO ATF!!!
  21.     I'm not mixed either.  Just white.  Straight honky.  Although my doctor's nurse thinks I'm mixed too.
  22. Straight up honky. Why does that matter though as to my stance? My stance is that they are PEOPLE and didn't do this because they are black, they did it because they are criminals. And black and criminal are not mutually exclusive.
  23.     Not entirely.  I don't assume anyone to be racist.  The truth is that I don't know y'all and can't make that distinction.  However, you are talking to someone that grew up in black neighborhoods in a primarily black city.  My entire life, I've watched as people hate each other, from both sides.  I've always been a "can't we all just get along" type because I grew up in a situation where we did.  My best friend through my childhood was a black man named Erving.  Erving and I were and are brothers.  In the deepest, non blood sense of the word.  Erving and I had similar upbringings with parents that cared although his father was NOT around.  Both of us never got in trouble and as adults became responsible enough to support our respective families.  However, there were plenty of white and black kids around us that did not.       I say all that to say that I feel as my upbringing was very different than the majority in this state.  This entire site seems to be biased against Memphis and crime is used as an excuse but I always suspect it has more to do with racial makeup.  The crime doesn't seem to be any different to me than any other place I've been in the state.  I see the same type areas in other cities. I've lived here all my life and never been shot, stabbed, robbed, mugged or had my house broken into.  I know plenty who can say the same.  I want out of the city.  But thats more about the  government than crime.  Actually it has nothing to do with crime.  So I'm a bit fed up with the Memphis hate and I knew when this happened, it was either going to be threads full of black kid whatever or threads full of typical Memphis.  I'm honestly surprised it wasn't the latter.  So forgive me if I got a bit carried away.
  24. This look about like its supposed to?
  25.   Honestly, I'm not sure anymore either.  This entire thing has me heated and not because it was black kids.  And the fact that the majority of people I've seen post or talk about it, here or elsewhere, have been quick to point out that it was black kids.  Has nothing to do with it.  I should have kept my mouth shut because I'm having a hard time articulating my thoughts right now.          All very valid and important points.  I don't think the situation will ever change as long as its addressed as a black problem.  Its a people problem regardless of skin color.  And its a society, our society, problem regardless of skin color.  And until we all look at it as such, no progress will be made.  Emphasis on ALL!
