my personal opinion is that if the tool is under 200 or so, it’s more valuable to own the tool than to rent it. also, an oscillating tool probably would have been a good choice for this job from start to finish as well. I know it’s too late now, but consider one in the future. I was gonna say the same. My entire ductwork in my attic is strapped up. Ain’t gonna hurt a thing.

ad closed Sold)RUGER M77 LONG RANGE HUNTER sold (6.5 CREEDMOOR)
Capbyrd replied to chance77's topic in Firearms Classifieds
What’s the weight like. I’ve been curious about that since these dropped. I can read numbers but im more curious how it feels. I have the Long Range Target (big brother to the Hunter) and it’s heavy. -
Now I’m curious why the driver of the dash cam car is putting his pants back on.

I know I generally see it in regards to firing pins and having to do with primers and other debris around firing pin channels and the parts below them. For me personally, it’s a risk I’d rather not take. My gun in my holster on my person.

My latest acquisition.

I generally don’t recommend magnetizing your firearm. It can (does not mean will) attract debris into vital parts and cause stoppages. This is a reason that some people check for magnetism and demagnetize firearms during assembly. Also, magnets aren’t a holster.

Typical of a Toyota frame from the era.

I thought we were talking about Mississippi and Alabama.

From the article. “Under the majority’s rule, the defendant wins by default whenever the government fails to prove that a statute unambiguously criminalizes the defendant’s conduct,” Higginson wrote. yessir. That’s the way it should work.

There are or were several hydrogen powered vehicles on the market a few years back. I’ve still yet to see a hydrogen fueling station. I assume they were popular in the heavily populated places like LA but the rest of the country wasn’t ready. And the fear mongering about hydrogen will have most consumers terrified.

For now. But federal mandates along with company declarations will have the lots looking quite different by the end of the decade.

Magnifier to pair with Aimpoint PRO
Capbyrd replied to MisterDanP's topic in Firearms Gear and Accessories
I’ve never been a fan of magnifiers but primary arms ran theirs on sale for 40 bucks before Christmas. I’m giving it a go behind a compm2. I need to order a mount though because the one I have is a little tall. Unfortunately the PA flip to side is out of stock right now. -
It’s kind of a catch 22. No one will invest in the infrastructure until the demand is met. And lot of people don’t want to buy until the infrastructure exists. This is part of the reason that the government is pushing the mandates that they are. Is it right? Nah. But the electric future is coming. I’m a hot rodder at heart but I’ve considered an EV. One major hurdle for me, and possibly a lot of other people is that my house is not setup for it. In order to add a charger, I’d have to swap my aged fuse panel for a modern breaker box. Ive gotten some quotes for that and that’s gonna add an additional 3 grand at least to the price of my car. I’m not ready or willing to do so.

I’ve got a shopping list. I love that they just called it a Toyota jeep.

Without all the maintenance, all adjustable gas blocks become fixed gas blocks. im a fan of SLR in general. But even their adjustable will carbon up and become fixed.

I’ve worked in broadcasting. It’s really gonna be up to management. Younger management will recognize that it is great publicity. Older management is gonna be uptight and at least reprimand.

Why isn’t it?

1985 Honda CRX - means nothing to almost everyone but it was my first car. 1989 Mercury Grand Marquis. My mom’s car that i totaled. Someone ran a light in front of me. Again, nothing special but I love the panther platform and they don’t make cars like that anymore. 2010 Mercury Grand Marquis. My grandfathers car. I inherited it and traded it for an escape to give to my mom so she could get in and out easier. Again, I love the panther platform. 1994 Ford F150. My dad’s truck. 1974 Ford Bronco. Previous owner did a garbage repair on the rockers and I wasn’t in a position to deal with the rust so I sold it. 2002 Ford Mustang GT. My race car. I miss racing. 2012 Ford F150. Sold it because I wanted to pay some bills. Then truck prices skyrocketed and I’m priced out of a decent truck. I miss my truck.

Okay. But the fact that it’s about a father trying to reunite with his family and deliver a Christmas present does make it a Christmas movie. The entirety of the events that take place at Nakatomi plaza are just the trials along the journey. The real story is that a broken down old cop got to be with his family for a holiday.

He’s a celebrity politician, he can absolutely be that stupid. Not saying he is, just could be.
