  1. As far as I know, TISAS is the only current manufacturer. So if you want something new, its TISAS or hope for some NOS.
  2. You hardcore 1911 guys would be hard pressed to find a better weekend of 1911 things. https://robleatham.com/1911-mastery-course/?fbclid=IwAR3gtTVPwQP41eDYSUZkfKf28PCFr9uzJRILqPNumos-DWqHOElf5oFo90w
  3. The latest.
  4. Its a Ruger, not a keltec. No specific round count holding you down. Shoot it until it breaks, then call Ruger.
  5. Same manufacturer, different gun. TISAS is a factory in Turkey.
  6. I watched a video on it from SHOT Show and didn't post it because I thought we had discussed it here before. This is the TISAS clone that has been out for.a little while now. Pretty sure that's been discussed here somewhere.
  7. Thank you!
  8. Besides guns, or gun related items, what do you collect? I'm sure there has been a thread like this before but I'm starting anew. I have a couple of collections that I'm proud of or enjoy. 1. Star Wars LEGO sets. While I really enjoy these and displaying them, I'm about to give away a lot of the collection and trim it down to just Star Wars UCS sets. 2. Jack Daniels stuff. My dad collected it, and I inherited the collection and kept it going. I don't really drink though so its always weird for me to go buy new stuff for the collection.
  9. Well Ruger has officially ceased production and removed from product listing the SR556 and SR762. The Piston guns are no more. I thought they were great guns, but the proprietary piston/handguard was a killer for them, I think.
  10. Like I said before, drivers won't see a bike regardless. You could be riding one of these and they won't see you.

    Air Rifles

Yes. But it needs to be permanently attached.
  12. Not sure I understand. My ammo won't fit in my safe either.
  13. General school of thought is to not store ammo in with the guns. I've never heard a good reason but I like it. So just move the ammo somewhere else, kitchen pantry perhaps, and have extra room for guns.
  14. TN has a handgun carry permit. It allows you to carry a handgun. The state has no requirements as to how you carry it.
  15. I don't think she looks bad.
  16. Awesome!
  17. No. I literally thought you were telling me that there was a disassembly procedure that didn't involve pulling the trigger. But that wasn't the case. I was genuinely curious. But then I was let down by your lack of ability to produce an actual procedure in which my 17 could be drawn from the holster and disassembled without pulling the trigger. I said the thing about being right to try to be funny. I failed in at my attempt at levity.
  18. gotcha. I never thought it made much of a difference. People definitely don't seem to notice me on my bike as it is. But I'll cede defeat on this and say that maybe the answer is to make auto lights come on with more light than they currently do.
  19. So you still have to pull the trigger. Okay. Well I'm right then. That's all I was really worried about.
  20. Couldn't tell you exactly. I only use soda in mine because I use it for aluminum silencer cleaning. This is from the description. Hopper takes most abrasives: steel grit, glass beads, pecan shells and more
  21. Sorry. I left out a couple of things. The stream is going to be about fitting guards. Look at this fit on this!
  22. Just saw a note that Jim Crowell is going to be live-streaming on instagram tonight, tomorrow and Thursday nights at 7 pm. https://www.instagram.com/crowellknives/?hl=en If you don't make it in time for the livestream, he is still a great maker and you should check out his work.
  23. I bought one of those and it sucked. Just didn't seem to feed well. I bought this one instead and it works pretty decently. https://www.harborfreight.com/portable-abrasive-blaster-kit-37025.html
