    16" vs 18" vs 20"

Oh we definitely agree there. I have spent alot of time over the past year learning all of the NFA laws and feel pretty well versed at this point.

I can't comment on that. I'm a middy fan on 16 inch barrels. I just love the way that the dissipator looks.

I wouldn't have recommended it if it was illegal. and for the sight radius that you keep mentioning, go mid-length gas system OR better yet, dissipator style. 16 inch barrel and rifle length gas.
  4. What does this mean?
  5. No I didn't buy Portal 2 yet. I probably will but PSN was down when it came out. I'm getting close to 15th prestige on Black Ops so maybe I'll get Portal after that. I love puzzles!

DOH! I missed the guard part somehow. MY BAD!!!!!!!!!
  7. Nice. So where can I find their guns?
  8. I had thirty days played in MW2 multiplayer. I have around 15 in Black Ops right now. I honestly put all of the value on multiplayer at this point. The campaign story is fun but is not a deal breaker for someone like me.
  9. I loved racing. I was part of the team that brought RallyCross to Mid-South Region. Our best events were held at T1G where the Silencer shoot is being held. Joe, you should try rallycross!
  10. From what I've seen, Battlefield looks TONS better. But none of that matters. The single player isn't worth 60 bucks. Show us the multiplayer trailers!
  11. I had to get rid of the mustang but here is my past. I was 2007 Mid-South Region Solo Worker of the Year and 2007 Mid-South Region FS Driver of the Year.
  12. Pics? Private sale? Where did you get it?

At 200 yards, I can't imagine that you would see much of a difference between a 16 or an 18. If you are goin to be trudging through the woods with the gun (hunting), I would recommend a 14.5" barrel with pinned and welded muzzle device. A 14.5/16 inch barrel will be plenty accurate out to 200 yards.
  14. What importer is that? I kinda like the import mark on the barrel out there.
  15. Man. Now you have me scared. I should probably stop using my 10/22 because the barrel doesn't have ANY caliber on it. /sarcasm Not all guns have caliber on the barrel. Sounds like you have been around ARs for too long.
  16. Indeed! And some of those car parts referred to are just about every engine block and heads out there. Casting is INCREDIBLY popular in the automotive world.

Citation please. When I took my class, there was no record of what I shot or the caliber.
  18. People just don't know. Of course, if its a Ford, they just need to look in the windshield. If it was built in the US, it will have a sticker saying which plant. My truck says Dearborn and I hope that I never have to change the windshield so that sticker will stay forever.
  19. Absolutely. The Colt is very inferior in comparison.
  20. That is true. I have a H&R 999 Sportsman that I like but I was only basing my information on new revolvers. If you want a single action, the Single Six can't be beat in my opinion.
  21. I haven't used the M4 but I have an M2 that was mounted on my first AR. It is now on a GSG5. I really like it. I think the M4 is just the newest version of the M series. I know a major difference between the two is that the M2 uses a weird battery and the M4 uses a AA.
  22. The Taurus 94 is the cheapest new double action that I know of. I like them okay. The smiths are pretty friggin expensive and ruger doesn't make the SP101 in 22 anymore. I'm sure that there are some other options out there and someone will be along shortly to name them.
  23. A lot of people like the Heritage Rough Rider for around 200 bucks. But do you want a single action? Or are you more of a double action person?
  24. Yep. Offer 100 bucks. Tell him you are going to spend at least that much to get a new barrel for it.
  25. I'm still on the right track. I said no more guns this year back in march. Ive stayed on that path for two months so far. Haha
