But Shane will survive at the cost of others. And to me, thats a problem. He murdered Otis in cold blood. I have no problem with someone being a survivor. I do have a problem with them being a survivor by becoming a murderer. There are other ways to survive. This for example.

They aren't in a kill him or die situation. They haven't even fully discussed all options.
-
I disagree with that as well. Someone like Darryl would do well on their own in a situation like this. However, most other people would be goners within days if they didn't group up. In a true survival situation, its better to be part of a morally bankrupt group and survive than to be on your own and perish.

No, Dale had morals. Dale wasn't preaching some hippie ####. He was preaching the truth. Just because you don't pull the trigger, doesn't make you innocent. In that situation, I would have likely done the same thing Rick did. Act all big and tough but not be able to pull the trigger. Its not easy to kill a man. And you are talking like you do it daily. I hope that everyone of you that takes Shane's side is the first to go if there is ever a real apocalypse situation because I certainly don't want to deal with your crap. Why? Why is it the way of things? Why MUST the kid be judged based on NO ACTIONS? They know nothing about him other than he was with a group that was willing to kill (Doesn't mean he is) and that he knows where the farm is. We haven't seen him kill anyone or harm anyone and yet all of you are ready to chop the guy's head off. Thats not survival, its cruelty and it shouldn't be tolerated. You can be cautious with a newcomer and make them prove themselves and thats fine but what you are doing is just flat out homicide whether its a civilized society or not.

Bull####! First, he never took a never kill "things" stance. He only took a don't kill the living stance. And I agree with him 100 percent. Secondly, how does that stance mean that he needs to die?

Someone suggested Academy in this thread. Academy doesn't have a location in Memphis or the surrounding area. It would be useless for the OP. Someone mentioned Bass Pro being bad about price increases. Bass Pro will price match WalMart with no ad. Just walk in, tell them WalMart has it cheaper. They will call WalMart to confirm and then change their price.

Noone cares for your opinion either thief.
-
That's the same kinda logic that thieves use to defend themselves. You sound like a thief to me.

I like to think of it this way. If you ordered two mosins AND the crate of ammo and the ammo didn't arrive, you'd be doing everything you could to get your ammo. Instead, they mistakenly shipped you ammo that you didn't order and you decide that its okay to just let things be. Either way, they made a mistake. It shouldn't matter whos favor the mistake is in, its a mistake. Make it right.

Mike is absolutely correct. Legal or not, morally, its wrong. Just call them and see how they want to handle it. They might even tell him to keep the ammo but at least let them know.

Is the $200 tax stamp deductible?
Capbyrd replied to Hershmeister's topic in National Firearms Act (NFA) Regulated
Stolen from elsewhere From http://www.irs.gov/taxtopics/tc503.html "Taxes and fees you cannot deduct on Schedule A include Federal income taxes, social security taxes, stamp taxes, or transfer taxes on the sale of property, homeowner's association fees, estate and inheritance taxes and service charges for water, sewer, or trash collection. You may be subject to a limit on some of your itemized deductions including nonbusiness taxes. Please refer to the Form 1040 Instructions for the limitations based on the adjusted gross income." -
50 yards from each other? Do you know nothing about motorsports? Its actually kind of instinctual. At least it was for me. When I was doing road course events, any time I knew that I couldn't recover, letting go of the wheel was natural. Its just something that you do. The seats are fitted to the drivers. They aren't just off the shelf parts. They are exact to her size. Between the bolsters that are pretty much keeping her in place, the 5 point harness and the HANS, about the only thing she can do is turn her head side to side.

Great movie. Plot was a little call of duty ish but still very real. I think everyone needs to see this movie.

Mason (the gunsmith), Chance, Greg and the crew are good people. Glad you got your stuff taken care of.

Except the HK's are clones as they aren't real MP5s and they are made by Umarex which has a bad rep anyways. I'm not trying to dog on anyone for owning one. But you pay alot extra for HK on the side. Of course, all HKs are ridiculously overpriced anyways.
-
First, no problems with my GSG. And its been incredibly fun to modify. Second, I haven't seen many SBR'd HKs but I haven't seen many stock ones either. They are really overpriced for what they are. I would recommend calling someplace like ADCO to see what they say.

Yep. What rifles do they use at his school? My school had Garands but others differed. You need to match his issued rifle.
-
I'll disagree with this all day long. Of course, the "nicely equipped" part is going to be the catch here. To me, a nicely equipped truck would be the XLT line and those run about 33k sticker for a SCrew. But I realize that others might consider an XLT to be a pauper's ride.

I wonder if the nordic components ar kit for the 10/22 would fit the 10/22mag.
-
Thanks. It took me a while to build it. Mostly just waiting on Magpul to actually release the od parts. I probably have more in it as a dedicated 22 than most people spend on their 5.56 rifles which kinda sucks but its a ton of fun. One of these days, I'll get around to putting a nice precision centerfire upper on it.
