I have a couple of the zombie blems. I couldn't really tell any difference. Built one out, seems to work fine.

I figured as much, gun auctions almost always seem that way. I stop by there fairly often as it's on my way back and forth, a lot of the guns they had listed in the auction I never saw displayed in the store. I stopped by a couple of days before the auction and they had all the display guns tagged and were not selling anything. I was trying to figure out why they would have all the guns off pawn and just stored in the back rather than on display for sale?

Did anybody go to this? If so was there a good crowd and were there any deals to be had? Is Kwik cash getting out of the gun business?

Tanker, are you using gmail address in a native format or are you forwarding other non gmail accounts to your gmail account? If forwarding, gmail has recently cracked down on that due to spam issues. I had the same trouble as I was forwarding several non gmail accounts to a single gmail to make multiple accounts easy to check, but I had to rework all those since gmail blacklisted them.

Rental is good with good tenants its a nightmare with bad ones. Eviction rules varies by county in TN. Buy properties carefully and try to determine what the neighborhood is going to look like 10 years from purchase. Inspect every 6 months. Don't buy trailers, ever. Purchase properties with an eye toward selling them. I like duplexes but they tend to be in neighborhoods with other duplexes which is not usually good. Analog has a sound plan.

Anybody know of any turkey shoots around middle TN? Seems like they used to have them all over when I was a kid, but don't remember seeing any the last number of years.

I did a $40 deal from Brownells about a year ago offer by gear hog. Worked fine. Brownells is usually a little higher on stuff though.
